We love this location! Visited yesterday night - Emma helped with our order and she was courteous and great with the whole order... process. Food was ready quickly and Emma took care of drinks, food with adequate sync with us. We didn’t have to ask forplates or napkins etc. as she already had setup nicely. This location was full of people and obviously understaffed (it took almost an hour to get our food), but our server was... friendly, accurate, and attentive. the rest of the staff all had smiles and worked hard. Great experience! Read more

Not sure what's going on here. Parking lot empty on Friday night..are they still open?...1st visit in a really long while and we... only ordered a beer, no food here! 2nd time same thing, nobody there, maybe 5 people. Bartender didn't acknowledge us, walkedthrough and looked like she was hating the world. Never said I'll be with you in a minute walking past us a few times. Had 2guys at bar and did speak to them. When a waitress did come, she was very nice, quick and polite. We ordered food and it wasgood, no issues. If it wasn't for her, we would have left. I loved that place, and sad to see it go downhill so wondering ifit's going to be around long... 1 bad experience, next visit great waitress but took awhile to see one, food okay, miss theprofessionalism and the customers!! The wings were ready in less than 15 minutes and were hot, meaty and juicy when we got home. The girl that took our order was... very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience all around! Read more

Me and my family visited on 11/30 and we haven’t been there in almost 2 years because of how poor the service was. Our server... Emily was phenomenal! She was very kind, and she checked on us every 10-15 mins! I am so impressed with her and I already calledher manager that night and I just thought I would let everyone else know to ask for Emily!
