Every time I come to this location it is the same lady taking orders and she is just so rude! You ask a question and she... immediately gives attitude. I?ve worked in customer service for 5 years now, this is not how you speak to paying customers. Thenwhen you go to the window she throws a fit and refuses to help you. She gave me a drink with no ice and I told her she didn?tgive me ice in my drink and she turned around and said ?I?m not helping you?, mind you this is the third time I?ve been here andshe?s told me she?s not helping me. You?d think for the women their age that work there, they?d at least act their age!! I teachsecond graders that are nicer than these ladies! No cars at restaurant except 2 employee vehicles so we thought maybe they were closed. Went to speaker in drive thru and... surprisingly they were open. Paid and didn't have to wait but a few minutes for our food. Drive thru lady was super nice andeven said she gave us an extra Whopper because they didn't want to throw it away. I asked her if they were closing and she saidno they hadn't had anyone come for a long time and didn't want to throw it away. Got home and our food was so old. They gaveus food that had without a doubt been sitting for well over an hour. French fries were rock hard and whoppers were ice cold. Ispent $35 and had to throw everything away. Oh and I could smell septic while waiting at the window. Hate to clump all BurgerKings together but I will NEVER spend a dime at another Burger King again. Employees should never give old food.
