Dining room and drink station was dirty. Unpleasant employees. ???? Product, although not what I ordered, was fine.
Only orders only are dumb and slow. Times are not accurate. It would be faster to just take walking. Even if it takes a few... minutes to make it would be faster than waiting 45 for an online order. There is a reason this location has 3.9 stars. Peoplepay their hard earned money to choose you, you should keep that in mind. Read more
This location is very hit or miss. I would strongly recommend against placing online orders here. For instance, I placed an... online order 30 min ahead of going to pick it up, and I still had to wait another 20-30 minutes before I was able to get myfood. They are usually very busy at dinner time, but for some reason their online orders are not their priority. I could havewaited in line and got my order faster as opposed to ordering ahead online.. Very backwards. I've been a Chipotle customer forover 10 years. This is the worst location I've been to. Read more
Update: I ordered again today and I was welcomed halfway through my burrito with a giant piece of plastic or something with... chipotle logos on it. This place is ridiculous. I?ll add the pic to the restaurants photos. Needless to say, I?m done with thislocation. Previous: This is the worst location I?ve been to and the problem is it?s always consistent that something here willbe subpar - mixed ingredients in burrito, cold meat, tiny portion, etc. It just really sucks it is also the one by my place.I?ve visited dozens of chipotle?s because it?s one of my fav restaurants, but in the last couple years the restaurants foodquality and service have totally tanked. One major issue is mixing ingredients on their food prep line. I admit I?m very pickywith food, but it goes beyond that because some people have allergies and religious preferences. Spilling pork, sour cream,salsas, etc it to each other is just not ok, end of story. Related is the tendency to leave the make-line area with food forlong periods of time when busy. Then your burrito gets to be dragged through every ingredient they offer. Another issue isportion size they?re not consistent, but are usually small. For me, when ordering delivery, this is almost a guarantee -which iscrazy because you pay a lot more for the items before all the fees and tip are added. Sometimes they pack extra rice to make itlook larger but no, giving half a portion of meat and extra rice doesn?t even out. Please for the love of god train your employees to not be so skimpy on the portions! All I want is to enjoy a meal but every... time I order, I get a different sized portion. Tonight it was 2 tablespoons of rice, 6 slices of pepper/onion, and a half a bagof ?large? chips. The meat portion wasn?t great either, but whatever. I want to keep going here but I?m going to have to stop ifsomething doesn?t change. Read more

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and really like their order ahead feature. Wish they put the pick up shelves back... out in the dining area so 3 plus people picking up aren't in the cashier and customers way. Staff handled it well though. Feelthere is a better way on pick up. Read more
