Customer service this time was horrible! I had to waited for 3 minutes to order and there were 4 employees at the front desk... facing to the kitchen and none of them was able to see me standing up waiting to place an order! Read more

I am giving up on this place. Once again I got the wrong order. This happens easily 40% of the time. When they get the order... right the food can be good. They just get the oder wrong too many times. I have tried going several times so it isn't a oneoff. This is a systematic problem they won't or can't fix. Read more

Got our order wrong. Ordered 2 fajita bowls both had no pepperoncinis we asked for no cheese on 1 of them it had cheese lobster... Rangoon tasted like it was left over from lunch. This location is not the best. Read more

This place really does stand out in every way. The woman I usually see behind the counter is SO kind. She seems genuinely happy... to be there, or at least conveys this to guests lol. She?s always willing to help customers out as well. While waiting for myto-go order to be prepared (which was made impressively quickly), she takes orders so sweetly and even tends to those who are inthe dining area, never making them feel bad for asking for anything. When I received my order, I was first asked ?How are youtoday?? as the runner seemed to actually wait for a real reply, THEN handed the bag in such a polite manner. This just stood outto me, because it wasn?t even the polite obligatory ?How are you? greeting?they seemed to truly mean it. I got home and found aHUGE wrap and an even bigger bowl. I was stunned at how stuffed the things were! Not only were they made to be massive lol, butI asked for all kind of probably annoying modifications, yet every single one was met. Of course, it was extremely satisfying.I?ve come here many times, and have never had a poor or even average experience. It?s always been great. The Fajita Bowl with jasmine rice and tofu is amazing!!! They cook the tofu perfectly and the flavors are fantastic! I add a... scoop of hummus from the flavor bar to mine and mix it in with everything, it's delicious. And the service has always been greatat this location. Read more
