I ordered two curderburgers Friday night and got home to see they were missing the cheese curd. Jacob was so kind to offer... replacing them for me. I was able to go back a different date and get the burgers. I appreciated them making it right. This wasthe first time I have ever had an order messed up, the location always has great service and attention to detail. Thank you! Read more
This location has to be one of the busiest locations in the OFallon metro area but I don?t know how the management keeps the... staff so motivated. The food is always hot, the service is always fast and delivered with a smile. Keep up the good work! Read more
This Culver's took a very long time to get through the drive through. I order only a plain hamburger with fries and cheese curds... but they messed it up. All other Culver's are just fine but this one definitely has issues. Don't recommend! Read more
The food is 5 star. The employees 5 star. The 3 stars is because the dinning room is a mess. Every window has hand prints the... tables have trays and trash on them. My husband went in the men's room and came out right out without using it. The urinalshadn't been flush in many uses. We counted 12 employees behind the counter grouped up just chit chatting with each other. I'mstill coming back tho. Just saying. Read more
I was craving cheese, and this was the place to go! I got the Wisconsin burger with cheddar bun and upgraded the side to cheese... curds. I was in a blissful cheese coma for days. Because that wasn't enough artery clogging goodness, I also tried theirconcrete. I went with chocolate and added brownies and upgraded to pecans. I was impressed by the size of brownie chunks andamount of add in with the concrete. It was very good. The meal was delicious and served fast. I wish I could give 5 starsbecause I was impressed by the food. I wasn't as impressed by the person taking the order. They asked if I wanted single, doubleor triple. I didn't know what to expect so I asked what size the patties are if they knew how many ounces even. They didn't. Iasked if there were any other restaurants to compare the size of the patty to so I could have any idea, again, no ideas. I wentwith the single, and I'm glad I did, but it would've been helpful for them to have some clue how to describe their food. When Iordered the concrete, I asked to add nuts as an up charge add-in. I really didn't care what kind. I said, surprise me. Nope.That was a challenge, so the first nut they listed, I got that one. Not a big deal, and they were nice otherwise. I just wishthey were more knowledgeable about their products. I also didn't understand pulling forward when there wasn't anyone behind me.They stuck a sticker on the mirror and had someone have to come out in 100 degree heat to deliver my food. That seemed odd. Food quality and service on point. Fifth star for consistency of quality. Made to order/always fresh food helps, yet... impressively fast service considering. I've waited 3x longer in a McDonald's drive thru (with two lanes for orders and pre-madefood) for 3x lower-quality food/experience and a broken shake machine. The girl in drive through is sweetheart, genuinely caresthat your interaction is pleasant. Harder to find these qualities all together these days. Read more
My 95 yo mother loves their chicken & slaw. I enjoy their fried shrimp! I always use drive through so cannot rate atmosphere.
