Every employee is very polite, the food is amazing and very good quality, the food is served to us quickly even on busy days.... I?ve been eating here since I was 6 im pretty sure and ive never had a negative day!! It?s also quite cheap. Read more

Better than I thought. When I walked in, I was hesitant in my starting my order because I got a fast food feel, but the salad... was good, extra dressing is free. And I ordered the 3 meat lasagna was hot, fresh and delicious. The bread sticks soft andwarm. I would go back, very good. Read more
The amount of sauce given on the spaghetti was barely enough to cover 1/3 of the noodles. We asked for more and was given a... small amount but still had to add more when I got home. 10.00 for a plate of spaghetti and you can't even get enough sauce tocover the noodles. If resturaunts and going to charge these high prices then they are going to have to make the productappetizing. Fast food in general is headed down a very dark path. Read more
Excellent help. I had my hands full with my 1.5 year old and the manager insisted on helping me carry the food to my car. It's... good cheap Italian food on a budget with great staff. Except the nose wiper in the kitchen. I might not want to eat there if Isee him there but I would defiantly hire their staff if I ever owned a business. Read more
Update: Had a nice meal with my daughter this evening. Not much to report. The counter employees were quite friendly,, though... the young lady handling tables didn't seem to thrilled to be there.. it happens, right? Original post: Aside from the 90sdecor/feel, this was a decent place for lunch. Its sad to see the decline of Fazolis in the area. I remember when theselocations were always busy and buzzing. The food was good as far as a sort of fast Italian place. And prices are just as good.Way better than paying $12 for a mediocre burger and fries nearby. Read more
Only reason this isn't a 1-star review was that the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and prompt in their... attention. The managers and owner should be proud of their people here, especially at a time when all restaurants are scramblingfor staff. I don't go to restaurants at this end of the dining spectrum expecting much, so I know it's not any high-brow tastein food keeping this from being enjoyable. The food was awful. I had the Grand Sampler, one of my kids had the pizza, and theother had spaghetti with meatballs, and all 3 were either barely edible (most items) or inedible (the spaghetti and meatballs,including the portion in my sampler. We tried the mozzarella appetizer, and while not a great rendition of fried mozzarella, itwas the only portion of the meal that wasn't disgusting. $40 for an experience I will not ever repeat.
