Beautiful day at Good News. One of my favorite places to visit. The atmosphere is inviting. Sit inside or bring your pup and sit... out. Dog friendly ????. Wood fired pizza is to die for. I love the vampire perfectly made EVERY time. They have a niceselection of beers to quench the thirst and the staff is able to direct you to one that will suit your taste. Coke give it atry. Gospel means Good News, and I love the Gospel. With my family packed in the car, we just couldn?t wait for the chance to try... this local pint of hope. We took our root beer and pizza to go and were reminded of a very deep and hard theological lesson whenwe got home. First and foremost, the Good News of the Gospel must first unearth the hidden blackness and darkness of our own sincrusted hearts. It is most unpalatable. Even our tiny sins contaminate the juicy fat and the richness of all that is life andbacon. Indeed, such a scandalous burnt taste deserves to be washed down with a flat soda of rooted herbs or something worse, andthen immediately cast into the eternal garbage heap in my kitchen, where neither the gnats nor the worms die. After this andonly this, can the black crust of my pizza loving heart find true opportunity for redemption and salvation. The pizza was delicious and the white Belgian brew was nice and light. When the weather is nice the place is mostly outdoor and... you can bring your dog if you're sitting outside. No one wears masks. Not even the employees. I still do recommend this placefor a good beer and quick bite. Read more

Very nice little place to relax and enjoy good beer and pizza. I got the Belgian White IPA, and the Vampire Deathwish pizza,... because they were recommended to me. I am not a huge beer drinker but the Belgian White was the kind of beer that I found myselfenjoying, such as a Blue Moon or Shock Top. The pizza was a little salty and I wish it had been more cooked in the middle partof the dough, but overall it was an enjoyable pizza experience, and delicious. I loved the garlic sauce and the outer crust!Super tasty. Would definitely visit again with friends! Read more

One word. OUTSTANDING. A cool Brewery in what I think is a cool old building. A bonus, if you take your clothes to a laundromat,... there is one next door. Drink beer and eat pizza while your clothes get cleaned, can't get much better. Their beer was great andloved the pizza and salad. The building and parking lot are very nicely kept. The service was right on, I sat at the bar. Therewas plenty of seating outside also. I recommend this place, very simple, not overdone. Read more

I like to visit a new place at least twice before I give a solid review. This is a cute little pizza place next door to a... neighborhood laundry facility. There is plenty of parking space on their shared lot. They have an outdoor patio section if youprefer to eat outside. Inside there is a bar and maybe about 4 or 5 tables for seating. They have a brick oven right upfront soyou can see them cooking your pizza. Now this review is based on a visit from Sunday november 17th and sunday November 24 sosame staff, same cook. The times are similar. The first visit I tried the Vampire pizza and pepperoni and sausage. You will seethat photo with 2 pizzas. They were fantastic!! Hot fresh. The sauce was amazing and the topping were great. The service bothtimes have been wonderful. The ladies there are kind, patient and will describe any food or beer related questions. The firsttime i had a groupon included 1 pizza and 2 beers around 12 bucks. What the groupon does not say, is that it's a personal pizzaabout 10 inches or maybe i overlooked it. So if course if your going with someone you will have to buy another pizza which isaround 12 dollars. So your really spending about 25 bucks if it's a date. They also let me sample the beer before i made adefinite decision. I am not a beer drinker so I went for a lighter stout per waitress suggestion. Of course I attempted toreplace that beer with a soda first before ordering the beer, but I believe the waitress said they only served beer. The secondtrip I went back my pizza was pretty burnt on the bottom. The pizza was made pretty different but the same person made thepizza. Due to the burnt taste the second trip was a bust. I did get this order to go due to having to get to work. I didnt notget the chance to call due to being unable to utilize my phone until my lunch break and by then they were closed.
