terrible encounter yesterday when picking up an order. I was asked by the counter person why I called the store over a month... ago to inquire about a question I had about my previous order. The person was rude and accusing. wondering why I would callwith a question. This was over a month ago order. not my current order from yesterday. Order taker was on the phone, I gave my order, took a set my sandwich was ready very fast. But wrong, I told the counter... person,he did offer to remove the tomatoes, I removed them my self, this was poor on the order taker part. After I removed whatI did not want the food was good. Great subs, glad they have wraps back. However it is so slow for delivery - 90 mins is way too long. Any other restaurant nearby... on their busiest night is not that long. Read more
