Purchased a mixed bucket online and then went to pick it up. The person in front of me ordered two buckets. I only mention... this because when I got home they gave one chicken breast and replaced the remaining missing pieces with chicken legs! Only oneperson in my family eats chicken legs or thighs and she is a child so it all went into the trash. Two people ended up with nofood that night. The sides were barely filled. Biscuits were from an archeological dig. I tried to complain online but theperson kept telling me they couldn't see my text even though they were answering fine at first. I've tried several times tocontact through online but now it doesn't connect with anyone. I will never go to this kfc again and really question going toany of them. Word to the store manager...it is better to close the store in the evening than keep two employees that areruining this locations reputation. I have no problem being patient and waiting for an order...which I did but there's no excusefor essentially stealing someone's money. Read more
Was overcharged and not given what I ordered. Was told at the window that 3 people heard me order what I got. Went ahead and... took it since there was no offer to fix it and my card was already charged. Chicken was dry as can be and wife said her nuggetswere hard as a rock. Read more

Follow up on 2/13/22 One pickle. I guess I'm the person who keeps giving you one last chance so im getting what I deserve. Nice... quality control. You really just don't care, do you? It's pretty bad if a worker at the O'Fallon store agrees with you that he wouldn't eat the chicken he just sold you to feed to... your family. I've tried this place 4 times now. Each time my order is wrong, the chicken is junk and now I'm left wondering ifthe "manager" really refunded my order. It's my fault for going back so many times with hopes that it would be different. My husband and I was in the drivethru line again at this restaurant for a minimum time of 25 mins. I decided to give them... another try but this time was worse than before. My chicken was all dried and hard. My cole slaw was very dried, mac and cheesewas so salty, it was a like there was a whole bottle put in it. We were door dashing and they DO NOT confirm orders when we pickup. Someone stole my order on October 19th at 7pm whatever... dingdong doing the line said he wasn't going to remake the order because someone came and picked it up 15 minutes earlier...Either way I still got paid for it but maybe the dingdong wearing the hate that night should've made sure the door dasherconfirmed the order in front of him. Learn to do your job it's not that hard bro you deal with chicken all night easy as pie.But this is the worst KFC around anyways. They're slow and employees are extremely rude anyways.
