Food was good as usual. Counter help chewed on a toothpick when helping customers and then used one to clean under his finger... nails. Don't think he understands what he shouldn't be doing when he is customer facing. Read more
Food was good, but was $$$ expensive. $3.69 for a soda, $2.99 for tea. The sandwich is 1/2 the size it use to be..aka a whole... sandwich is now a 1/2 sandwich. They charge"extra" $1.00 for mac&cheese, extra $1.50 for French dip sandwich the menu boardsgive one price but they tell you about the extra premium until you order. We went to McAlister?s as a ?try something new? alternative, and it was entirely refreshing to see what a wide menu and... excellent service the team offered. I was expecting more of a fast-food experience, but instead we had a server bring our orderwith a huge smile and great attitude, with follow-up to see if we needed anything else, and then another friendly server clearedour plates and made sure we?d enjoyed our meal. I have heard that all the food here is very good...I really don't know as the first thing I tried was the roast beef cheddar... sandwich and Savanna salad and liked them so much I haven't tried anything else! This place is always clean and welcoming. Ifyou use the app for carry out, the food is always ready when it says and I've never had anything wrong with the order. Read more
Great food, clean restaurant, kind staff, quick service. You can get any sandwich in a wheat wrap instead of bread/croissant.
McAlister is my new fav.Their grilled chicken sandwich with spud chips as sides is my fav meal recently. The Bread is neatly... wrapped in cheese,egg, chicken and mustard sauce along with some greens. I also tried sweet chipotle grilled chicken sanwichtoo. Read more
Needed fresh food with a dine- in option on a road trip. The food was fabulous. The server was attentive. The of us had salads.... The portions were generous. They got one of our drinks wrong, but fixed it and allowed us to keep the wrong one, too. Read more
Awesome experience and cool experience ... I was pregnant and hungry so I really anticipated on having really good food because... I heard this place was very popular. My lovely husband took me for a nice date!! ???? I love the place ???????? I want to comein here a lot more too, the staff was so nice and fast! Have a good day ??????????????????????????
