Grabbed chicken sandwich and a fry, sandwich wasn't as good as I have had at other stores, fries were old,not a freshly cooked... order. Service was quick, hence the old fries. I just don't feel the need for speed when the meal isn't going to be good! Folksworking in a drive thru THINK.....would you want to eat this? Read more

Food was hot however I had to go to the window to say my order and repeat it more then 3 times. All I ordered was 2 happy meals... both the same and a medium mcflurry. I paid almost $5 for the mcflurry and it was a small and only half full. When I ask theworker to fill it up she huffed and puffed and said here give it here then I just pulled off! Read more

Well they only ever use one speaker. Idk why mcdonald's spent hundreds of dollars to have two when your location only uses one.... They also asked me to round up... I said no.... sometimes I do sometimes I don't. But this time I said no and they still roundedup anyway. And lastly I ordered hot cakes for my son and they were not good. Very stale. Edges were hard. Idk how you have stalepancakes at 8 in the morning considering breakfast hasn't been open that long but thanks my 4 year old was not happy. Read more

If it's the one on us19 and hwy 52 in Hudson Florida. This place needs some help. I'm very disappointed. Messed up my order.... probably cuz there is music blurring from inside when I was trying to order my food. The people at the windows when I pulled upseen more interested in what was going on on their phone then working. To top it all off when I called to notify them that myorder was messed up they ended up hanging up on me. Read more

Very friendly staff. My order was done pretty fast. I had not gotten my medium cups and my large coffee yet when my orders weir... already done. I later asked for my cups and waited for my coffee. Other then that, staff is friendly Read more

By far the worst location in the area and they used to be the best. We often drive past this location which is only 2 minutes... away, and go to the Hwy K location just to avoid poor service. They get this restaurant a modern makeover that now includes apartition that doesn't allow you to see the workers in the kitchen; it also means if no one is standing at the register, thestaff can't see you to take your order. This weekend, they forgot to include a Deluxe Crispy Chicken (paid for), and while bothquarter pounders we ordered were labeled on the box to not have pickles, they in fact had extra. Since they are so close, no bigdeal, just returned and explained what was wrong and allowed them to fix it. The young man was not very attentive when I wasgiving him the order, as I had to repeat to him multiple times that it was a Deluxe Crispy Chicken we were missing, so he stillbrought back the wrong sandwich, again, mistakes happen, no big deal. But what was unacceptable was they took my quarterpounders that I brought back to them from home, stopped making other people's food, peeled the pickles and then tried to coverit with 2 slices of cheese, on both burgers!! Because of the newly built partition, I could not see them doing this until afterthe fact. It is beyond disgusting to touch food that I have brought in from off the street while preparing other people's food.Because the burgers were cold by this point, neither the original cheese with pickle indentations and remnants, nor the newcheese that was added, melted. At this point I just asked for a refund. I asked multiple times for a manager but no one came.Poor quality food and poor quality service. Read more

We all know how most fast-food chains operate, and this Mcdonald's is no stranger to the stereotypes of ordering food from a... fast-food restaurant. So here's what I've got to say about this location (I do not receive any compensation or benefits for thisreview): The Good: 1) For the most part, the staff taking your orders and your cash/payment method at the first window havealways been friendly given their work environment and compensation. 2) I can't stress enough to download the app and use thedaily deals to save some $$$! There are always good deals about the crispy chicken sandwiches, which are basically on par withChik-fil-a's standard chicken sandwich for a couple of bucks less (with the deals from the Mcdonald's app). Paid barely over $4for a meal. 3) People forget that Mcdonald's has The Ronald Mcdonald House Charities (RMHC), an excellent charity. Pretty easyto support whenever they ask if you'd round up your order to support a good cause while stuffing your face with acheeseburger. The Not Terrible but Not Good: 1) Every time I've visited this location, the first drive-through kiosk alwaystells me to pull up to the next one, even if somebody is already ordering on the first one. Maybe the first kiosk works duringpeak periods, and I'm sure this has confused and probably frustrated others in the past. 2) There have been a few times whenthey can make a perfect large iced coffee, but the order gets messed up for the most part. Either there just isn't enough sugaror creamer. Sometimes I ask them to put the creamer in the bag to try to make it right. 3) The staff handing you food could atleast say, "hope you have a nice day," "thanks for visiting," or at least share a smile when handing you your order. Instead,for about 90% of my visits, the vibe is, "here's your order, now go away." The pay and work conditions probably aren't the best,and I'm sure it's not always easy being polite/pleasant with that in mind. Read more
