EXTREMELY slow service. I sat in the drive thru between pay window and the pickup window for 10+ minutes. Rather than having the... car at the pickup window pull into a parking spot to wait they allowed them to sit there. When I finally got to the pickupwindow the employee did not know my order. I placed a mobile order and decided to pick it up inside the restaurant. I walked and one of the customers said I might want to... go somewhere else. He ended up leaving with only his partial order and did not even ask for a refund on the items he did notget. It took 15 minutes to get my food and it probably have been longer if I did not speak up. I was offered no apology for thedelay. The food was warm, at best. The employees need training on better customer service. Not sure if I will be back to thislocation. Read more
I don't ever leave reviews i think i have maybe left 2 in my whole life. But this experience was so bad I had to say... something. I had a simple order of a dbl QP with Cheese, and 1 mcchicken sandwich. 1. The Chicken sandwich was actually coldto the touch. Not hot, not room temperature, it was actually cold. It was the chicken itself, not the other ingredients. 2.The burger was warm... but i bit into it and it wad still pink. Cold chicken, undercooked burger. The Incompetence of this location is mind blowing. I will never visit this location agian. Time after time they get orders... wrong. If I owned this location I would be embarrassed. Don?t bother contacting ownership they offer coupons but don?t sendthem. Read more

I stopped through for a quick lunch. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and an unsweetened tea. After waiting 20 minutes in the... drive-through, I received what tasted like a reheated price of cardboard and a very-sweet tea. I was so far behind schedule atthat point, I just ate what I could of the sandwich and left. I'm not sure if there isn't a manager for this location or if itis a bad franchisee. Pathetic. No baby chairs. We have twins. Exposed wiring in the dining room. Janitorial closet (complete with chemicals) was wide... open and completely unattended for the hour long visit. The restrooms were incomplete disrepair. Someone had defeated all overthe floor and walls. There were 12 cars in the parking lot, we were the only patrons. However, did not prevent the store fromtaking 15 minutes to make our food. Never again.. Read more
Why is your lobby constantly closed during normal hours ? Why do your employees act like they would rather take a bullet to the... face rather than be there ? Service with a smile ?
