Saturday, 10/22/22, we ordered carryout from your O'Fallon, MO store location. Our order (Alice Springs chicken, wings, Caesar... salad) came to 43.94!!! I decided to do a little research and found your 2021 menu prices online. For example, your companyhas raised Alice Springs from $12.99 in 2021 to $19.99... ~ 53% increase!!!!! I know our country is struggling with inflation,but it is also struggling with PRICE GOUGING. There is absolutely zero reason for your company to increase prices to thatextent except to inflate your bottom line with inflation as an excuse. You won't be counting me as a customer in the future. Our dinner was ordered as curbside order. I pulled up to curbside, sat and waited for someone to deliver our food. After sitting... for 10 minutes and waiting, I walked in to curbside/pickup door. I seen our bag of food, but no employees. So I grabbed my foodand took it home to my family. While getting home, which is only a 6 minute drive, we found the majority of the food cold orLuke warm at best. The $30 ribeye was the worst cut of meat I have ever seen, so much fat( and other chewy stuff/sorry not surethe correct term for that) My wife?s chicken sandwich had a weird sour taste to it. Hopefully she doesn?t get sick from this.This is the 5time eating here. The first time was absolutely horrible, food,service,etc? we gave them a few other chances. The2nd,3rd,and 4th time the food and service was excellent. It confuses me how things can change so much. My recommendation is findanother steak house besides this, or take your chances. Way too inconsistent. It might be awesome, or it might be horrible.Roll the dice, you never know what your going to get. Read more
Got the filet with broccoli and a loaded baked potato to go. Got home and hsd exactly what I ordered (which is a minor miracle... at some other places I place orders to go) and it was all cooked to perfection. Daughter's cheeseburger was cooked toperfection as well (according to her). Read more
Went back to Outback Steak House in O'Fallon for the first time since Covid. Have to say, not the same as a couple of years ago.... I had the 8 oz. Sirloin and shrimp. Ordered a baked potato and Ceasar salad as my side. Got steam vegetables instead of mysalad. My wife asked the waitress is they she could still get the unlimited soup and salad like they have at lunch. Waitresssaid sure... still available. Potatoe soup that used to be so good was water down and was terrible. When she tried to get moresalad, the waitress said there were no refills. When we questioned her about the unlimited, she pulled the "oh, I'm new and onlybeen here 2 weeks... let me ask my manager." Manager told her that ended at lunch... not what we were told. Won?t be ordering take out any longer from this location. We have seen the quality steadily declining over the last year or so.... Questionable salad quality and other inconsistencies. Last time they forgot my chili so I called after I got home and wentthrough extensive questioning from some assistant mgr who said a manager would call me back or mail out a coupon or some sillything. Never heard back. We will be going to Longhorn exclusively where the service is actually customer focused and I getquality food every time. ???? Read more
This was my first time eating at this location and although they were very short staffed everything I ordered was very good.... The restaurant was clean, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as attentive to an emergency my mother was having. Ihighly recommend this location and I will be back in the future. We went to the O'Fallon Mo store on 11/25 AT 830 PM orderd the prime ribe blooming onion and a bowel of potatoes soup. The prime... rib I ordered rare and was told all they had was medium( that should of been a clue for me) it was tough and tasted old. Themashed potatoes were dry. The blooming onion tasted burnt. And potatoes soup mybhusband said tasted awful. The service was wasfantastic. Thank I will finding a different place to eat. Read more
