Typically order from here once a week ! Never have any issues ! But today I placed a order and forgot to do the schedule... delivery . I called within 60 seconds of placing the order and they decided to conversate about how they can?t change thedelivery time and how it will just sit in the window until time for delivery ( which by the way was 430 ) !!!!!! Always a great experience. My parents live right across hwy k and we get this often. Always a great pizza and value!

The pizza was loaded with cheese to the point where you can?t even eat it? & 1 why is is cut so in even like I?m not trying to... get a exact measured out cut but dang we can try a little? 2 I asked for square cuts? This is hands down the most disgusting pizza I?ve ever eaten. It?s like they had a vendetta against me for being a good... customer. The pizza was SO greasy and soaking wet that the box was leaking and dripping with grease, I almost threw up. Whoeversliced it was blindfolded because 1 slice was 1/4th of the pizza and the ?2x pepperoni? was a joke, half the slices had 15pieces of pepperoni and the other half had 2-3. When I picked up each slice it was so wet and soggy with grease that everythingwas falling off. My Delivery Driver was above and beyond! He actually had dog treats in his pocket for my 2 labs, asked if it was okay for them... to have treats! Ordered two 12" pizzas. Both were undersized. One of them was just over 10 inches, the other was just over 11 inches. From... the picture you can see that it didn't come close to filling the 12.5? x 12.5" box. I Initially talked with the manager and heoffered to remake the pizzas, which was nice. I didn't feel it was necessary to have both remade, so i only asked for one. When i went in to pick it up, i offered to show them the picture of the smaller pizza. One of the workers asked to take a closerlook, and i was happy to comply. She then told me "the ruler trick doesn't always work, but we made it for you this time",which irritated me. As you can see, the pizza was definitely too small for the box. A medium pizza should almost full it. Terrible way to handle customer service. If you do order from here, check the pizza before you accept it. I'm not a person thatgenerally does reviews, but felt compelled to because i don't like being accused of lying. First, the pizza I ordered was for Teachers as a thank you. The order was placed online for an arrival at 11:45am. Please tell... me why the order got there at 11:05am? Then when I spoke to the driver he was rude and told me that it was my problem that theywere delivered that early and that if I wanted something done with them, I?d have to figure it out. When I spoke to the managershe was kind enough to say she would remake them, but let me tell you, these pizzas were not remade. From the looks and taste ofthem they just threw extra cheese on them and were thrown in the oven to be warmed up. The pizzas looked terrible and were alsodelivered LATE! First time we ordered from them and definitely disappointed. The estimated delivery time was 32 to 42 minutes. It was... delivered at about 55 minutes from ordering it. The pizza was lukewarm and you could tell by the cheese that it had beensitting around a while waiting to be delivered. It was not a bad tasting pizza but it is hard to say if it is a good tastingpizza since it was not fresh even for a delivered pizza. If the delivery time is running behind then wait to make the pizza soit is at least somewhat fresh. The driver was apologetic for the delivery time. Sorry but I can not recommend. Read more
