A little slow waiting in line the last three times I have been, and it was not busy. Seems they are all doing other things than... waiting on the customer. They've got to get it together. My online order should have been ready 10 minutes ago. I walk in and they haven't even started... making it yet. Then they're out of guacamole. Like come on. You order ahead so you can walk in and pick it up quickly. Not sithere and wait and then they don't even have the ingredients you ordered. Order was supposed to be ready at 1208 didn't get ituntil 1223 and no apology for the wait. Should've just went to Chipotle. Read more

I ordered the steak fajita quesadilla it was supposed to come with sour cream guacamole and Pico de Gallo. They didn't give me... any of those I went back up to ask if it was supposed to come with it still and one of the employees told me that they must haveforgot and they r out of tomatoes so no Pico. No big deal. My husband ordered the chicken queso burrito. We sat down to eat anddiscovered quickly that my steak quesadilla had barely any steak and veggies on it and his burrito had maybe 5 or 6 pieces ifchicken on it and lacked the rest of the toppings. We stayed quiet decided that we will just deal with what we have. A promotionto sign up for the free chips and queso by signing up for rewards it took the whole transaction for me to set this up so Ididn't get it set up until after we finished getting rung up. When we asked about it one worker was preparing the queso andchips and the other worker stopped him and told us we can't get our free queso and chips until we make a future purchase.. won'tbe back almost $30 ridiculous Read more
Hands down the worst Qdoba around. They mess my online order up almost every time. Today I was surprised with sour cream all... over my order despite not selecting it because I am lactose intolerant. And now I get these inedible chunks in my side ofguacamole. Dont waste your money at this location. Trust me. Read more
The chips were stale, the tea was weak and weird tasting, the burrito was good but didn't have much chicken and it wasn't mixed... the greatest. I hope this was an off day. The employees seemed to have lots of time to goof off and chitchat for so many tablesto be dirty too. Read more
Everything was wonderful from start to finish..staff is always calm and friendly, food is fantastic. My only food issue is that... the chips are consistently a little to salty. Until visiting Qdoba for the first time, I was a loyal customer of yourcompetitor, however, their consistent decline in customer service, extremely declining portions, especially when orderingonline, consistently wrong online orders, and their staff, from associates to supervisors being consistantly unfriendly, I havesworn off of them completely.
