We waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. When we got our food it was barley warm. While waiting for our food we finished... our glasses of tea and the waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more. The burgers would have been good if they werewarm. The fries were cold and greasey. This is the second time I have eaten here, I gave it a second chance even though thefirst time I ate here I wasn't impressed. I won't be back. Read more

Honestly I?ve always loved coming here and the food and service is still good. However, it?s very apparent that facilities... management isn?t a priority. The front sign is half off. The parking lot lights are off. And the mens bathroom stall doesn?tlock. It just swings open. There?s always trash on the ground in the bathroom too. This place has some great food. I ordered the fish and chips and was not disappointed at all. the fish came so hot and crispy.... super flaky and delicious flavor. the chips(fries) were crispy and delicious. the tar tar sauce was extremely remarkable as itwas loaded with flavor, creamy and a perfect dip for the fish. i also want to point out that the onion rings from here areamazing also. most other places put a dried up sliver of onion inside a hollow piece of over cooked batter but these onion ringsare wall to wall full of onion, batter crisped to perfection and not a single one was missing an onion on the inside. not tomention the sweetness from the onion was incredible. I have eaten at this Red Robin too many times to remember. Service is always good and food is great. This time however, July 29,... 2022, at early dinner our food was sub par. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Onion ringtower was good. My chicken teriyaki burger was good, maybe slightly overcooked, but fries were room temp and just not good. Thisis the only time I can remember not finishing my fries. They tasted like maybe the oil was off. My wife got a chicken wrap withonion straws for a side. Her wrap was ok. She said the tortilla was either not warmed or stale. Her onion straws were not cookedproperly and cold. The second batch were slightly better but still not cooked properly. Best Red Robin I ever ate at, they kept bringing us free fries and never charged us for any! Seriously, the management keeps a... good eye on customers here. We received an apology and free desert for our food taking so long, which we honestly hadn't noticedourselves....until they brought it up. I'm just saying, times flies when you're' having fun. Another chain restaurant that's off my list. Hamburgers here use to be a better quality meat. Hamburger I has today was... obviously a much cheaper meat...almost a slime texture, not a good quality. Additionally the toppings were smashed into theburger. Steak fries were soggy. I won't be back. Read more

Delicious burgers. The mad love is a well balanced burger. Salty, sweet, and umami all in a soft delicious bun. The burger... itself was juicy and delicious with just enough charring. Well done RR. My wife had the master cheese. The deep umami flavor andthe nutty cheese flavor, with a delicious burger was just what she was looking for. The restaurant was clean and at about halfcapacity. The amount of staff was crazy. We didn't know who our serve was until they brought the bill. People were bringing usrefills and checking on us, but our server was the one person I didn't think was our server. The problem arose in the lull whenwe were eating and needed something, people were around and I didn't know who to ask. Eventually I got what I needed and ate.The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. I almost took a star from the restaurant for the awful parking, butI realize they have more to go orders than eat in because of the pandemic and that's not their fault. Red Robin can be hit or miss but lately they have been pretty good. On this visit we ordered the bacon avocado burger, the... wedgie burger and the onion ring tower. The burgers came perfectly cooked. The broccoli was not great at all but the sweetpotato fries and onion rings were divine. I'll definitely be coming back What they do right: the food order was cookedwonderfully and the wait staff was extremely attentive even though we were seated on the patio alone! What could use someimprovement: better steamed broccoli? Not a ton to complain about here. ???? Read more
