Got a coupon flyer and went to use it, then they said they weren't participating in it, but no where did it say only some... locations. Big rip off bait and switch. Won't be going there again! Suggest u don't either. The one in Ofallon MO next to Imosoff Veterans Memorial Read more

This is the second time I?ve been to this Subway. Each time the employees were less than friendly and seemingly disorganized.... Today one employee was behind the counter when I entered. I had a relatively large order and she was doing a good job fulfillingit when the other employee came out from the restroom. There was another customer who came in behind me and was waiting to placean order. The second employee asked the customer what they wanted. The customer said a steak and cheese. The employee snappedand said, ?Six inch or foot long.? The customer asked what the price was for a foot long. The employee waved an arm and huffed,then said, ?Don?t know. You have to look at the menu.? The tone of voice was very hateful and the customer was flustered. Ihelped the customer find the price on the board. When I checked out, the employee helping me bagged my order and I thought therewas one more item under a stray bag that was mine. I asked about it and the second employee snapped at me and said, ?That?s notyours. That?s theirs.? and waved a hand at me like I was being dismissed. I understand food service can be difficult. I don?texpect a red carpet rolled out for my order, but I do expect some common courtesy and some customer service. Had I not alreadyadded on a tip to my payment for the large order, I would definitely NOT have tipped for that kind of rudeness. Terrible experience. Whoever the current girl employees here are need to be fired. We rolled in at 8:30pm after a long 11 hour... day of driving and here?s what happened: The customer in front of us ordered a couple footlongs and seemed irritated by thembecause they kept asking him the same questions multiple times about his sandwiches. The employees also closed his sandwichprematurely without even asking if that was everything and the customer had to tell them to open it back up to finish his order.The workers just seemed totally detached and didn?t care at all. This spilled over into how they treated us next. I ordered aBLT with Mayo and mustard and the employee put an outrageous amount of both condiments on my sandwich, but I let it slide. Ithen asked for oregano on my sandwich but she instead sprinkled parmesan cheese all over it. Then I corrected her and said Iwanted oregano not Parmesan and she didn?t even care. No ?oh my gosh I?m so sorry, is this okay?? Or ?I?m sorry can i make youanother sandwich??. Nope, none of that good customer service one might expect; she just put the oregano right on top of theparmesan cheese and folded it up. I would?ve made a deal and asked her to remake the sandwich but it was the end of the day andI just wanted to pay for it and eat my slightly messed up sandwich with my wife quickly before getting to the hotel. By thistime it was around 8:45 and we sat down to eat. Then the other girl worker has the audacity to tell us that we can?t eat in thestore because they have this ?rule? where customers can?t eat in store after 8:30. We then confirmed with them that the storewas open until 9 which they agreed to but still told us we had to leaveTOTAL BS! But we were essentially kicked out and had toeat our subs on top of our car outside at night in a dimly lit area we?ve never been before. Well, that about sums up ourhorrible experience here. Was in on 9/6/2020 to pickup lunch and the medium Cup that was given to us for a drink was dirty inside . Was unaware til my... daughter finished her lunch. That is the chance you take when those cups are left out on the counter opened. It was dirtyunacceptable ???? Read more

Sadly this is the last time that I will ever eat at Subways. We had taken the time out from our delivery dryer to actually go in... and get a couple of sandwiches and just be fine we both got different sandwiches there is no way this should have happened theway it did but whatever it was whether it was the meat or whether it was the mayonnaise or whether it was something that waspickled we're not exactly entirely sure he got a meatball sub with mayonnaise and I got something to eat with mayonnaise and sowe've assumed that it's that unless something else even more disgusting probably happened. I was in 25 to 30 minutes we are bothsick we are both holding onto the car doors and during deliveries we had to find several different places it was either a vomitfast or ghetto a number 2 constantly. We are both immensely sick and it didn't last for one day this lasted for two straightdays and it is absolutely impossible. We will not come back to eat there and we haven't touched a Subway since. This is my favorite Subway, normally I?d give five stars but these idiots don?t have any white bread. You?re a sandwich shop,... how could possibly mess that up?? Ridiculous, also, non-English speaking employee is very unhelpful, had to repeat everything Isaid several times. If you don?t know the words ?lettuce? or ?tomatoes? then why the heck do you work in a sandwich shop?Manager may have wanted to train this guy more before leaving him by himself in the restaurant. My all time favorite.. loved the ambience though its not that big. And all the staff here are amazing.. i love going there and... eat. Moreover its a very clean place also inside. I have been to other restaurants also where the floors were very dirty. Read more
