Most of the time the line is super long and they get your order correct half the time but other than that everything is fine.

It's Taco Bell I couldn't get the register to open give me change so she kind of like was doing everything she could get... register open but somehow wasn't working. And I said just throw me a bunch of extra hot sauce and she said alrighty then andtook a whole handful when it was only 50 cents they owe me I told her to keep it I was really nice people really really takecare of us they really good customer service quality I don't mind ever coming there even if there was a bad day involved I don'tcare who's awesome they're really good people Read more

Don't EVER count on their hours of operation they list. They literally close hours earlier than listed by saying they only... except grubhub orders. Literally while at the speaker, I was told, "sorry, we are only taking grubhub orders." Before that was,"we are only taking app orders." Fine, so I did just that, and was told to pull back around because "I was holding up theirticket times." When I was told that at the speaker, I ordered and all I had left was to pay via the app as I pulled up to thewindow. Trash business that can't keep employees long enough to actually support the hours they post. Not the fault of theiremployees, but I'm sure they suffer the incompetence of the owner. Just pay a few more $s and get real Mexican food when hourspermits. Unfortunately real Mexican restaurants close at 9 or 10. Read more

Idk where to even start. What is this? I order a power bowl, with everything except guacamole and lettuce. They have no shredded... chicken ?worker? made it a fact to tell me they haven't had that in a long time instead of a simple (no). I also received a kidssize freeze, not asked a size but didn?t stay kids size drink. I never post but I can?t this time. Item in pic not touched,that?s how I received it. Read more

Just came home with my order & they shorted me an item. I was in a drive thru line for over an hour (12/21/21 @ approx. 8:30... pm-9:38 pm). I know most places are short handed, but the lobby wasn?t even open. My order was for the Grilled Cheese Burritocombo (6.99) and 4 Chlli Cheese Burritos (they shorted me by one) and didn?t give me a receipt. This is the store at O?FallonPkwy, O?Fallon, MO 63368. Was told they don't have the freeze drinks anymore, but you can clearly see it on their digital menu board (see photo). The... cashier could be a little more excited when talking to the customer. Customer service mediocre. 9/25/21 Read more

Our food was incredibly sloppy. Quesadilla was made incorrectly. Contacted the manager, Mike, and he refused a refund despite... having the food and receipt. He also refused any way to rectify the situation other than attempt to reach "Sasha" he wouldnot give a day she worked or whether to call or come to the location. I am now stuck with keeping this food in order to get mymoney back this issue should have been easily resolved by Mike because it was during his shift the mistake was made. I avoidedthis location for a long time due to several issues and I regret giving them another chance. Read more
