Pulled up to the drive thru speaker, placed our order, and pulled up to the window. We ordered a #2 supreme (3 soft tacos), a... #9 (Mexican pizza & 2 hard tacos), and 2 cheesy roll-ups. The time on our receipt was 6:45pm. At 7:01, we got our food. 16minutes for 5 tacos, a Mexican pizza & a couple flour tortillas with melted cheese??? And the kicker... the soft tacos wererefrigerator cold. Five tacos, 2 cheese roll-ups, a Mexican pizza... and 17 packets of sauce. And after 16 minutes of waiting,we were handed our bag with a "here you go". We won't even talk about the arguing going on between employees - with the drivethru window wide open - and calling each other MFers. Didn't even apologize or excuse herself once she saw the window was open.She just closed the window, turned around, & kept mouthing off. Now... all of that said, this location is STILL better than thelocation 3 miles down the road on Fallon Parkway tonight!! Read more
Been going here for awhile no problems then today I got two burritos that together were no bigger than one. Either Taco Bell is... getting greedy or it's just this location anyone know? Nevermind looks like the worst Taco Bell around I will avoid. Read more
Worst Taco Bell in our area. Placed an online order and they prepared the order before I selected the ? I am here option?. We... had couple of freeze in the order which totally melted and they couldnt make a replacement. They didn?t have fire sauce. Willnever return to this location when we have another Taco Bell a mile down the road. Read more
New management and team is excellent. Service and food has been way better than when they first opened. When I went a few days... ago it was excellent, and today the service literally made my night, even though I got there right before close like an ahole.Go-to Tbell for sure. Read more
They closed down because there was a tornado warning for 5 o?clock which understandable at that time, but by 6:10pm everything... was cleared up, clear sky?s, nothing is sight, I pull through the drive through and they told me they were closed because of thewarning that was for 5 o?clock. Mean while all employees(6 or 7) twe?re inside having a good, time talking and goofing off. Idon?t know how you consider that being closed?. Read more
Recently moved to the area and this is worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to in my life. Always extremely slow, food is very sloppy,... and employees are always yelling (racial slurs I might add). At the drive through the guy was friendly but I could here inappropriate conversation and language being yelled by the other employees. The guy at the window looked uncomfortable to behonest. Not sure who the manager is but they are not doing a good job. I make the extra 5 minute drive to the one in the middleof HWY K when this one is literally 500yds from my house. I?ve lived in 3 cities and been to at least 40 different Taco Bell?sand never have I seen one this bad. Read more
I came thru at 11:30am 3/9/22 I ordered a Chalupa box. I watch the guy hold my box of food and look around lost. So my food is... getting cold and I'm losing more of my lunch hour. The Chalupa had barely any meat, no cheese or tomatoes! Then he puts napkinsand sauce on top of the box and hands it to me, the box isn't closed and everything dumps all over my seat! Then I hear him say,I gave him the wrong sauce but didn't offer to give me what I ordered. This location just opened and it is run like a joke. Lastweek I stop in and hear some young blond manager yelling at employees in view of everyone.
