My friend had to wipe our own table. We asked them first but they wouldn't do it. Then said "sure whatever" to going behind the... counter and getting their spray and rag to do it. What a great start to trying this place out. Read more
Clean inside. This as my second visit. First visit was cheeseburger/fries and bathroom dirty. I brought that too the attention... if someone behind the register on that visit. This visit was pizza. I would not recommend the pizza. Barely cooked (firedoven) the crust didn't seem completely fired as the bottom was limp and not as it should be. 2 other places are surpurb intheir cooking and I will go to the competitors for pizza. I love fire brick pizza but this as not the place. I ordered italiansausage and peppers. It seemed like it was added at at end of cooking process (onions and peppers) and not when its was in theoven. Bit too fresh and not cooked for my taste. Employee was attentive and she kept asking if all ok if I needed anything. She's a hard worker and appreciated her service. The burgers and fries were over priced. The ice cream is overpriced and thepizza is close to bring over priced. I tried it out but I won't return. Economy is rough. Customers watching their $ so Iforsee alot of places will not have the customer base they once had if their prices keep rising. Read more

We love Woodgrain! Best Gluten free pizza around and our kids LOVE getting to make their own pizzas! I also want to give a shout... out to Annie at the O'Fallon location! She is amazing, so attentive esp to our young kids, she came back and checked on usmultiple times. She's extremely cheerful and helpful and made the experience excellent! We tried this place as a family (4 different pizzas) Same concept as Mod Pizza or Blaze Pizza. (But not an assembly line like... Mod and Blaze) Mixed reviews from everyone. Great to try once. Some would go back for pizza, others would go back for the icecream and some would go back to try a burger. Interesting concept three restaurants under one umbrella. Please note: The Lavacake ice cream was 10 out of 10! And the loaded fries we got to go and no onions, so it came unassembled, those were delicioustoo! Read more
We have had many great experiences here! A member of our family has celiac, and this place has so many great options! I have... spoke with the manager Mike often, he really understands food safety and does a great job. We feel really good eating here, Itis hands down the best gluten free pizza in st.Louis. The customer service has always been great and we love to come. So happyto have found this place! Read more
