Did not even want to eat at the Ogallala location. Went into the establishment to use the restroom first and it was beyond... filthy. I have never see a restroom so disgusting before, I have been in out houses that smell better! The floor was wet andsmelled of urine!!! There were even bugs (multiple bugs) crawling on the door knobs.. There was a piece of paper on the doorthat said the RUNZA restaurant was responsible for the cleaning of the restrooms. If the bathroom was that bad I can onlyimagine the kitchen! This location definitely needs to be looked at by upper management. Tasty food. Our first time. The sandwiches are unique and the bread is quite tasty. The scratch made ranch dressing is a cherry... on top for the meal. We would definitely come back. Read more

I stopped in yesterday evening 11/30/2022 around 7pm. All of the kids that were working were very polite, nice and courteous.... The food was hot and fresh and they even made me a fresh pot of coffee. Great job for the whole team. Read more
