Working highway construction on 80. Needed Dinner. Stopped at the subway beside Fatdogs at 15 til close first. Walked in... and was promptly told by the emo punk they were closing early and wouldn't serve me. Pure BullSh*t so I CalledMarqueritas knowing they closed in 10 Minutes but hoping they would still be willing to take my order.Not only was the young lady who answered very happy to take my order but gracious, kind and professional as well.I ordered theChimichonga with grilled chicken and it was fantastic! Unfortunately a big disappointment. I noticed online quite a few great sounding vegetarian options, but the menu online is not... current. No spinach, no avocado and all they could offer was a veggie burrito with fajita vegetables. Not great, basically aflour tortilla w/beans and rice. The food was prepared well, I suspect there?s a lot of potential here but the descriptiononline does not match. Read more
Enjoyed the Molcajete meal - this will fill you up if you're hungry. I've dined here many times and always had great service.
Update. Still good value, crowded again. Basic communication is an issue. I asked for no cheese with the mixed seafood. Should... have saved my breath. Food servings were generous but lacked fresh taste. Fresh herbs are not expensive! Flies were a nuisancetonight. Last year: Really good food and the drinks were reasonable. Read more

This was a quick meal as we waited for the Tesla to charge. It was good food and friendly staff.
