It was ok. The lady that was taking our orders kept having us wait while she trained a young, obviously new employee on... different aspects of the job. I just felt Wendy's should give employees adequate training and not while making customers wait. Read more
Food is good, service was fast, but when your policy says that a person has to put themselves into harms way to order a burger... or sandwich, well that's just not right and so this is what you get. A semi blocking your drive through until I am safely backinto my vehicle with my order. I will come with your request to place my person in your high traffic automobile lane, but safetyfirst. Even if that means I will have to block off the drive through lane to make it safe for pedestrian traffic. Read more
