I normally don't post any bad reviews but for being my first time it was disappointing. It's 30 degrees outside. The idea of us... going out for coffee it was to find a place to stay warm while enjoying a good cup of coffee. The place was so cold. I sure theair conditioning was on instead of the heater. We were both so cold inside the store. The coffee took a very long time to beready and unfortunately for plain simple latte and an americano with cream which are very simple drinks, they weren't anythingwe expected. Water with a hint of coffee and lots of warm milk with hardly any coffee in it. Maybe it was an off day. But whenwe traveled for 45 minutes to try this place it wasn't a good experience at all. Are you kidding me this is my third time in a row that I was in line with two other people and it took over 20 minutes to get... our order. You get it and they don't even feel it to the top, ask for white mocha get chocolate, lid is dripping coffee in mynew clean car. DONE. Starbucks gets your money from now on???????? Read more

I?m completely dumbfounded at the fact that an employee stole money from me! My amount was adjusted and I didn?t leave a tip, if... I wanted to leave a tip I would?ve. She took a tip for herself out of my card. When I went in to confront the issue, I was toldthere was nothing that could be done for me. I do not recommend going here!! They?ll steal your money!
