I waited far too long at a drive thru with only 1 person in front. My order was wrong and I didnt get receipt. What I got was... less than I paid for. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago and havent heard back. Tried them again this week and ordered the samething, and they got it wrong the same way. Maybe "Double Whopper" means something different at this location? If they cant getan order right when its slow, they have a prayer when they get busy. Read more
On my last visit 9/19 at 1930, the lobby was closed. I could only see one person working the line. I went to the drive through... and placed an order. I noticed it was a different person than who was working the line. That made two on staff. Here's wherethey shine that night. I had my order in about 3 minutes. It was accurate, piping hot, and the fries were freshly pulled anddelicious. The person working the window was courteous, smiling and showed no sign of the stress I'd have been feeling trying towork that store with two people. I had a big order. Juan the manager helped me out by putting my bags of food into the plastic bags making it easier for me to... carry he also got me a drink carrier. My food was hot and fresh. I know they were short staffed today, but I still got my foodin a timely manner with AWESOME customer service!! Food tasted great! Love this place?? Read more
Stopped by the location inside Top Stop on 2110 south Wall Ave today and ordered the new Southwest Dbl Bacon Whopper meal, a... whopper meal & 2 8pc nuggets. When I got to the window, the employee handed me 2 drinks, one was wrong, so she mentioned theydidn?t have the Blue Powerade and just picked a random drink, so I gave it back and selected something different. When I gothome and started pulling my order out of the bag, what I received was NOT what I ordered! They gave me a Texas Dbl whopper andnot the new Southwest Bacon Whopper that I had ordered. The ckn nuggets were old/ stale & cold! Overall a terrible service and Ithrew away the food! Wasted $30 on lunch for my son and I! Won?t happen again! I love the kaching (chicken sandwich) I always get my sandwich plain with a slice of cheese. I don't like condiments. This time... the chicken was overcooked and so dry I couldn't even eat it. ???? I was very disappointed. It is one of my favorites. We allhave our bad days. This Burger King is located in a gas station. I hadn't eaten there before, and I honestly probably won'tagain. Read more
I always LOVE burger King!! It's my main place to go for a quick bite... but sadly this time was not the case. This particular... location was way understaffed. Also the receipts machine was broken and they didn't have receipts to give (since I had to getreimbursed for my company's expense I was very disappointed) and to top it off, they took about 15 minutes!! to give me myorder... and they made it wrong!!
