Employees were very polite and friendly. They got our large order to us fairly quickly.
Went to the store on 2nd street in Ogden, Utah. Sandwich given wasn?t even close to what I ordered and my onion rings were burnt... to a crisp and not even edible. Nobody answers the phone at this location, called multiple times. Horrible service and horriblefood! Read more
As is par for the course since Covid 19, this place is short on employees, however the kids working there were busy but did not... seem stressed about it. There were only 2 employees but they were running a pretty tight ship and there was not much of an extrawait. The food was good and the restaurant was clean and tidy. I did not see the bathrooms. I ordered two orders of chicken fries and a burger. It took them forever to get my order out to me in the drive thru. When I got... home and my friend and I began eating our meal it became apparent to us that we had been given hours old chicken fries.Literally every chicken fry was dried out, hard, barely warm and totally inedible. If you?re going to take forever preparing myorder I expect it to be made fresh, not made 5 hours ago.
