Maybe it's just this Danny's, but service needs improvement. We waited for 20 minutes to get our order and another 50 to get... our food., there was 4 people total in the restaurant, we kept letting them we were ready to give our order, we were ready toget the check. I came in at 1:00a.m., there was a total of 4 other people in the restaurant at the time and it took 35 minutes to get our... food. It arrived and unfortunately I order eggs, and they came out over cooked. I had then re made politently and SO MUCH EXTRAOIL/GREESE WAS INVOLVED FOR NO REASON. It made an entire napkin be full of oil, set the napkin down and it instantly startedsoaking it up. I am extremely disappointed, and feel as if I need do go to the gym for hours to work off the clogged arteries,off something that was supposed to be healthy. Read more
The staff at this location was incredible this morning! I was also present when one of the waitresses had a seizure and it was... handled incredibly well. Her manager came into the lobby and guided her through it. When she came to, she reassured her thatthere was nothing to be embarrassed about, and was incredibly kind and patient with her. This manager (I WISH I caught her name,but she was a blonde woman with glasses) was educated and prepared for the situation and it was comforting to myself and thosearound me to see that. The other staff members around her were also amazing, and were so respectful of her and her situation.There is an incredible team in this location, which can be hard to find in the service industry. You can really see the bondthey have with each other and how they care for the business. Keep it up! Read more
Not only was our food and service at this location superb, but while we were eating a server began having a seizure and the... response from staff blew me away. Everyone dropped what they were doing and rushed to the woman's aid. Unfortunately I wasn'table to get the name of the manager who came running to help, but she deserves a raise for the way she handled the situation.There aren't many people, especially in fast food, that genuinely care for their employees anymore, but this manager displayedtrue caring and heroism to help her employee. They could use a better management But my waitress was cool
Haven’t been to a Denny’s in a really long time. But it was delicious, service was great. Even though the wait for food was... long, the waitress brought our one year old some fruit while we waited. Toddlers are not as patient as us so that helped. Read more
We took desert to go, once we opened the bag we realized we were missing our ice cream and our apple crisps were cold. Our... chocolate hush puppies literally exploded and were so hard I couldn’t even break it apart, not a single one was edible. Thewaitress was nice so that was a bonus you usually don’t get here, just wish she would have looked at what she served usbeforehand. Read more
