When I say the customer service here is magnificent. Everyone on the staff knows my drink before I pull up and order! haha. But... not only the amazing customer service. We waited 15 to 20 mins in the sun at the outside order window for 2 drinks and the staff was 100% non empathetic...the last 4... times our hot coffees were both slightly chilled/warm at best I think my family is done going to this place..."Update upsetstomach"...I just mentioned to my wife how my stomach gets upset and achy after drinking their coffee and she said she thoughtit was just her and she's experiencing the same thing. Never have less than an amazing experience when I get my coffee! The baristas are super friendly and don't make you feel bad for... having a slightly customized order (i.e Starbucks). Everything has always tasted amazing and I'm sad I can't have it more often. Read more
