Was unimpressed with my recent visit. I got in line and went up to the register to pick up my bakers dozen order. I was snapped... at by the guy telling me that my order would be out on the tables in the lobby when it was done. I waited there for about 7 or 8minutes until I went back in line because I could literally see my order on the top of the displays near the left register. Sureenough I was correct and I sat there waiting for no reason. It?s common knowledge to ask what the customer?s order is when theycome up to the register and say ?I have an order for (name).? Like, why wouldn?t you ask. I did all the time when I worked infood. Instead he just sent me back to stand there for no reason. Bagels are good as always though, so 3 stars. Read more
Bagels were fresh. We had a large to-go order, but instead of placing it on the table with the other to-go orders, they left it... behind the counter where we couldn't find it. The blonde lady was super helpful but the guy with the black hair and goatee atthe register was incredibly rude. He kept telling me the order was on the to-go table which it clearly wasn't. (Large order, NOTa little bag with a few bagels...) They did include a bunch of napkins and lots of plastic knives for the spread. We've hadexponentially better service at the Einstein Bagels in Bountiful. Read more
OK so I go here every time I need to take snacks to my work. They recognize me now, I go so much. I love how quickly they get... the bagels out. It's Einstein so the bagels are amazing. Prices are great! She finally convinced me to order from the app. I gotmy order right when I got there but the smears were not in a bag, they were just sitting next to my boxes of bagels. There wereno knives or napkins in the bagels. When I asked for a bag for the smears he asked me if I had paid for them already. I didn'trealize there were no knives until I got to work. Bummer. Although I've had Einstein Bagels before (delicious. love it) I've never physically gone inside of one to order for myself.... Yesterday was my first time ever stepping into a shop. Overall my experience was fine. However, the first person I spoke to whotook my order (didn't catch his name) was quite rude. He seemed to be maybe the manager or shift lead as he was kinda directingemployees. Being my first time actually ordering, I had a couple of questions and although I glanced at the menu before walkingin, didn't entirely know what I was doing. He was very snippy. You could tell he was irritated with my slowness to order. Therewere only 2 of us inside the shop so not sure why he felt the need to be so hasty. I know they have online orders etc. butstill... It caused me to cut my order short and not take a look at the drink options. I can't control my face and as ourencounter proceeded I started raising my eyebrows and changing my tone in defense. He noticed and kinda chuckled about it whichleads me to believe he is well aware of his behavior. I will be visiting at a different time or different location altogethernext time. I'm already an extremely anxious person and for that to happen my first time, really put a bad taste in my mouth.Gave 3 stars because the food was great and the other employees were kind or at the very least regular!
