What a FUN sushi place. We went to Sushi Pro in Ogden. My daughter (13) thought this was the best sushi she ever had because it... comes around on these little color coded plates, or you can order a special roll and it comes to you on a bullet train. Ourwaitress was super sweet and explained all the details.\n\nI do wish they had more of the rolls they make on display on thelittle trays to grab, however I could of ordered one from the waitress too, so I get it and reduces food waste. Over all I lovedthe price point tray?s ranging from $2.99 to $5.99. On the little trays you get 2-4 pieces, on the bullet train you get about 8.Our favorite was The Tiger and The Earth. Both very good. We will be back for sure. Oh and they had tasty adult beverages. Read more
This restaurant has a nice clean and bright atmosphere and the service was friendly and attentive. The sushi is more similar to... what you would get at an all-you-can-eat sushi establishment. This means that the fish portions on the nigiri is cut very thinand small and most of the rolls consist more of tempura items and fillers like cream cheese and crab with smaller portions offish. There\'s also fairly limited variation of the fish options in both the nigiri and rolls. Read more
Definitely a unique experience and a fun way to get a meal. Brought my 11 & 9 year old who love sushi and they had a blast. The... plates coming around with the small portions gave us the chance to try many different options we normally wouldn\'t have picked.You can also order off the menu so we got our favorites too. As a cool feature even the dessert treats come around on the railand if you special order anything a train comes just for you! A great date idea! Read more
What a cool idea to have random sushi platters and drinks come around on a conveyor belt. The sushi was good. I\'ve only had it... maybe ten times so I\'m not really qualified to say how it ranks with others. I think there should be a cap though. If you\'relike me, you can quickly rack up a $40 bill without thinking about it (which I did). Read more

Chef Pan and his team have got it going on! I travel to Japan often and am very familiar with conveyor belt sushi restaurants.... If you\'re looking for something just like those in Japan, this is the place! Not a seafood fan? No worries. Items like gyoza(pot stickers), egg rolls, tempura veggies, and fruit come around. You can also order chicken and beef meals that come to you ona special train. We had a great time. They charge by the plate but plan on spending $15 - $25 a person. We ate quite a bit, andthe bill for our party of four was $108 with drinks and the tip. Read more
