Chicken was burnt, asked to be remade and was told air fryer couldn?t lower its temperature and couldn?t guarantee it would turn... out any better. Waiter was pretty quiet as well and accidentally spilt our drink and laughed about it, no apology or anything.It was also pretty ridiculous how dirty it was considering how empty it was in there. My son and I went there on Father's day. They said it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait and it was probably 20 minutes. The food was good but the cleanliness had something to be desired. It was hard to find a good review on this place. The parking... lot I found out is on the side of the building but there's no arrows or signs to tell you where the entrance is so I ended upwalking around the whole building. The entrance is on the end by the street where there is no parking. My waitress was fast,friendly and attentive but the windows looked like somebody washed them with coffee. The parking lot looked like nobody hadcleaned it in quite a while so overall I was not impressed with the place. Breakfast for 1 ended up costing me $23 with tip. Read more
That was disappointing. I understand busy on Father?s Day. But, grandpa wanted pancakes. So, we took him to get pancakes. We... waited about 20 minutes to be sat. Not bad at all on a holiday. Server was very nice. However, over 40 minutes to get our foodis horrible. Grandpa?s pancakes were good. I got an appetizer sampler. I had already had breakfast earlier in the day. Mychicken strips were way burnt. They burnt frozen chicken strips. Hard as a rock and burnt. How do you do that? I?m confused. Based on time and quality, I can?t give better that a 2 star. Visited this location on Thanksgiving evening today as it is one of the only restaurants open. There was no wait time and I was... immediately seated by a friendly employee. I didn't catch his name but it was a younger guy wearing braces. He was so friendlyand helpful. Within 10 minutes of taking my order my food was ready. I got the BLT with fries as it has always been my favoriteto order from IHop. Food was great and the server got me soda refills without me asking plus a to-go soda right before Ileft. Thank you for the amazing service and for making my Thanksgiving that much better! Read more
