After running errands after work we stopped for a quick dinner for our family. Not only was the girl working the drive-thru... being rude and didn?t offer our receipt by just deciding for herself it needed to get thrown in the trash, at the next windowthe person handing out the food didn?t check to see if the entire order was bagged, they left out one of our sandwiches (McRib)but my Dbl Quarter Pounder is raw!! ???? Is your fast food job that hard?? Can?t check orders properly and y?all can?t cook theburgers fully! I?m beyond disgusted and will no longer eat at this establishment! 10/18/22 This visit was a little disappointing. I ordered on the app and chose curbside pick up. They weren't busy. I... parked, waited maybe 5 minutes, my order came out. Bad place to house a popular fast food joint. McD's is all about that sweet real estate, but don't keep the location of where... they set up in mind. There were at least 6 cars (including me) in the middle lane on the main road during lunch rush. If Icould've, I would've left, but there was no way to get out (I bet this location has seen quite a few wrecks). And to the food;the fries were great, but the burger was barely warm. I understand why (this happened Oct.3), but I would think the head honchoswould have more sense to consider their customers, employees, and location before they started advertising the adult happymeals. I am appalled in regards to the lack of customer service skills as well as the lack of competency that the employees at this... location have. It is very common to get old food and for my requests to not be followed. Today was definitely the last day thatI will be returning to this particular location. The reason being was that there are two open menus in the drive thru in whichwe can place an order. I had waited at least ten minutes at the second menu, while watching several cars have their orders takenat the first menu, only for no one to acknowledge me whatsoever. Due to the lobby being closed, I then called the store andasked the employee about this. The employee then yelled at me, stated that they were understaffed and told me that if I feltthis way, that I should do the job for her. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism before. If you are understaffed andare planning on not equally taking care of both open menus, please just close one down. Also, I highly suggest hiring employeesthat care about their jobs. I have worked in fast food and I definitely understand that it can be stressful at times, but thereis no excuse for this behavior. Read more
Came in with a group of about 14 people. The staff were incredibly helpful and super organized. It was shocking to see such a... smooth kitchen in a McDonald's of all places! Richard especially was super kind, super helpful, and struck me as a verysuccessful and attentive worker. Refreshing to see fast food with employees who don't treat their job like a burden. Read more
Very busy this morning they had two lines but they had two girls out taking orders. I ordered the little burrito meal with a... HighC orange with no ice. As you can see she didn?t listen to me and I?ve got ice. Disappointed in that because I didn?t havethe time for them to change it and make my order right, I certainly wish they would listen. And the hashbrowns are lukewarmthey?re not hot but it was close to 1030 so I would assume that they had quit making them. Hack a 1/3 cup of ice! Read more
The past three days me and my husband have showed up for breakfast each time we go through the drive threw and we go to the out... side one and the guy will not talk to us I had to call them to get him to talk to us I went to talk to a manger today and shejust say what you want me to do. I am sorry but if you work fast food you need to be able to speak English and have peopleskills and as far as your workers you don?t do anything at all really disappointed in this after talking to a manger 3 times nowthe past three days and still nothing really shows how bad you wanna get shut down.
