It's night and day from our 1st visit a couple of years ago. In the past they've been generous with food portions great customer... service all about the people. Now a scoop of macaroni ... is overflowing at the employees first scoop...not much..but he puts itback and shaves off the top.. gives me one little tiny baby scoop and charges me $2.50 I had to get an extra scoop of macaroniafter paying 20 plus dollars for a meal that did not fill me up. I?ve been here several times and it is hit or miss. Never get the pork, it is way too salty even when you eat it with the rice... or cabbage. The chicken is usually good, but sometimes it?s dry. Sometimes it?s pretty good, but I usually only come here sincemy friends like this place but other than that it?s average most the time. Read more
I have some experience, I'm a ex chef retired! Recommendations 1. Make your own shrimp or pull it ! 2. Add a dollar to... everything and loose the scale ! Nice and friendly staff. The food was good for the most part except the steak was a bit chewy/tough.
Fast and helpful. I got a mini plate with 2 servings of steak. It's chewy, but tasty and I love having it all mixed together... with the sauce, cabbage, macaroni salad, and rice. We also got a regular sized POG drink (passion fruit, orange, and guava). Myhusband loved it! Note: NOT a drive-thru Also, it shares a parking lot with Chick-fil-A, and we went went their drive-thru wassuper busy and the line blocked parking spots. Read more

Usually it?s really good. Maybe new management. I got the Emily plate with all steak. The steak was SO DRY you couldn?t eat it... without drinking water or adding several containers of sauce. When I told the trainer on duty he just said sorry and walked awaydumping in a lot of sauce on the steak. I am a bodybuilder and would want that much sugar coming in and getting my steak. I?mvery dissatisfied and disappointed in the management at this time. It was 6 pm. I come here 1-2 times a month. I won?t comeagain under this management. Any customer service representative or manager should offer some solution to fix the issue. Notjust say sorry and walk away. He needs more management training for sure. The food here is delicious! Portion sizes are big, so it's definitely worth the money. The employees are helpful and very... friendly. The restaurant is very clean. I do wish they would play traditional Hawaiian music in the store though. Parking can bedifficult to find and get in and out of depending on the time of day due to a nearby restaurant that uses the parking lot aisleto manage its busy drive-thru. Read more
