I absolutely love Panda Express. But the last few times I have been to this location I am very disappointed. It seems they are... never prepared for lunch and I am always waiting for entrees to be made. This particular time has be done trying at thislocation. I paid for one of the premium meats and got rice because they were out of their noodles (11:45am) and I hardly got anyof the meat,6 pieces of the cashew shrimp, and the rice was so dry. It really breaks my heart to give this location a bad review because they are always so solid in everything they do. The service... was great and the people there are always so kind, they greet you with a smile. Friday, October 21st I stopped in before workand ordered the beef broccoli and chow mein bowl. I ate my food. Later that night I got stomach cramps, cold sweats and startedrunning a fever. Diarrhea began Saturday. Long story short, I got food poisoning. This will not stop me from eating there sincethis has NEVER happened to me before. Please be diligent in washing hands and properly sanitizing utensils and work stations. It?s 7:15pm and the staff is really trying their best. You can see them actually trying to serve everyone. I feel bad because... they are overworked but overall everything is great. Just make sure to take care of your people Read more
Terrible service at this Panda Express. I order teriyaki chicken and sweet fire chicken. Was told the wait for teriyaki would be... 6 to 10 minutes. I waited half an hour, and the cashier just kept saying ?it?s coming out in a few minutes.? I got my plate andwent home. I got home and opened my plate to ORANGE chicken and sweet fire. ???? I come to this place to enjoy some orange chicken and the tasty noodles. The service is decent and there's this one old lady who... is the best. Unfortunately, this time they made a big mistake on my order. They forgot a key ingredient in my orange chicken.the actual orange sauce. Let me tell you, I never had one ingredient change the flavor of a food entirely. Without sauce ittastes like bland chicken from the dollar store. I wasn't able to see what they were serving into my plate since I had to waitaway from the serving station. this place is usually great but this time they struck out. Since I was in a hurry I didn't checkmy plate but I highly recommend doing that if you didn't catch your plate being served. Read more
Did pick up. Was given wrong order and we had ordered way more food. We definitely ordered fried rice and that was not fried... rice there was nothing fried about it! It was just plain rice. And the food given looked terrible and not the whole portions youusually get and not our order we ordered the biggest plates you can get and was given smallest plate and not even our wholeorder! Not even any sauces. Ruined our dinner time. They didn't even attempt to make it right. We were not the only ones goingup to them telling them they didn't get all their food, there was a ton of people. Spent all that money just to have to go toanother place to eat.
