I used to really enjoy Papa John's Pizza and was willing to spend the extra money to get better quality. That quality has gone... to hell! My favorite thing on the menu USED to be the Buffalo Chicken Papadia. However, apparently they are trying to save moneyby not making the items as they are described on the menu. Of the last 4 papadias I've ordered, THREE OF THE FOUR were madewithout any buffalo sauce. The only reason the last one had sauce on it is because I called right after the order and made surethey checked it first. Hey guys, pick an option: 1) Train your people correctly. 2) Lower the price and adjust the description.Or 3) Get out of the pizza business and go work at 7-Eleven. Read more
I love papa John's but tonight was very disappointed and disgusted. Not one single employee had gloves on. I say and watched... one running his hands through his hair, no hat or hair net and then make a pizza. Read more
The pizza and cheesy breadsticks taste good. There was a lot more of the breadsticks then I thought there would be but the... marinara sauce was pathetic. The container is extremely small and it half filled. Very disappointed with that. Read more
They said my pizzas would be delivered within 25 to 35 minutes After waiting 1 and 1/2 hours we called a couple times to find... out where my 4 kids dinner was?.. They put us on hold each time. We had a birthday party with about 10 kids show up, it's nice just to be able to call and in 20 minutes they have our pizzas... ready. We ordered eight pizzas and two boxes of breadsticks and it was done quickly and it's Papa John's pizza, so you know thatit tastes good. Read more
We ordered 2 large pizzas via online, one split pepperoni and Canadian bacon and split combination and the other plain cheese.... We live in mantua, and ordered from Ogden, driving 30 minutes to pick up our order; however upon getting home we noticed we gottwo identical pizzas; both the pepperoni and Canadian bacon split combination pizza. We also noticed that one of the workers hadleft a garlic sauce container in the box, however it had been broken open, soaking the entire bottom of the pizza and crustmaking it extremely greasy. When we called to express our concerns we were blustered at by an extremely rude employee named Tinaworking at the Ogden papa John?s who was not only rude but only kept repeating ?Yeah I don?t know what you want from me, there?snothing I can do?. We used to love papa John?s and were more than happy to make the drive, however after this experience I canunderstand why this companies locations continue to shut down and lose business. I am a fan of Papa John?s Papadias. On few occasions my Papadias was delivered without the quality seal, looking subpar, and not... tasting the best but I always counted it as a on off incident. Recently, my order got delivered without a quality seal, itlooked like it had been thrown in the box with no wrapping paper as usual and there was so much flour on it. I called to discusshow the Papadias looked like it was done in an hurry. The lady confronted me and asked how does it look like it was done in ahurry and it was the drivers fault for not putting the quality seal - not theirs. I asked to speak with the manager and after Iexplained how it seemed like my Papadias was done in a hurry. He asked me again quite rudely, ?what about your pizza looks likeit was done in a hurry??. And added that they had run out of paper. I ate the Paladias later and it tasted as bad as it looked.I called the corporate office and they reached out to me saying I can call the store to get two free Papadias. I would rathernot. My experience was very unpleasant. My complaint wasn?t to get a free Papadias and I would rather not deal with anyone fromthe store after this incidence. Read more
