On September 22nd at 8:53 p.m. I ordered the Detroit style supreme and a root beer 2 liter. I ordered delivery and it came... without the root beer. There was hardly any toppings on that pizza other than that things would have been perfect. When I call Iget an automated voice and on hold forever. I call again today and I get someone and they put me on hold after I told them whathappened. They said they were going to get their manager well I'm on hold forever and then call hung up. I talked to the driverthat delivered it it didn't come with a root beer when they picked it up. I left you guys a good tip and everything even thoughyou're using doordash. Because I ordered through the Pizza Hut online. I haven't eaten here in years. And was just interestedin this Detroit style. The bread and everything was fine but you guys have to step up your customer service game. Read more
Always received poor service, but this time was unacceptable. I was charged for the over priced pizza but it never delivered.... Neither the store or customer service was interested in the situation; we were hung up on every time we called. Do yourself afavor and go somewhere local. Never again will Pizza Hut get my money. Spent 74.00 on pizza that was so disgusting, plus we waited over an hour. I called to complain and asked for the order to be... replaced the manager Jennifer said she had no order for my name or my phone number I told her I could bring back the order shesaid there was nothing she could do I asked for the district managers number and name she said call back Monday. I ordered pizza on the Pizza Hut website. I entered my credit card info and tip. My pizza arrived via Door Dash and I was told... it was cash upon delivery. I had no cash, so I called the store to pay with my card over the phone. I was told by the managerthe pizza would be considered undeliverable. The driver took the pizza back to the store. He told me he would be charged forthe pizza if he didn't. I haven't paid cash for a delivered pizza for about 15 years. I won't order from Pizza Hut in thefuture. Horrible experience. Read more
"No one out pizzas the hut", except for every pizza place. I would literally eat week old McDonald's than this pizza hut. The... pizza had hardly any sauce and when I ordered a $40 dinner box and it was cold when it arrived. When I called to try to makethis right, they would hang up constantly before I could I talk to anyone. This is the 2nd time I tried this place in a year,and both time were terrible. Horrible experience! I use the app, and I usually get my pizza right on time. On a Tuesday night at 6 PM, I ordered one pizza... and order of fries and breadsticks. My pizza came 30 minutes after the estimated time arrival, and I received zero updates fromthe app. I tried calling the store and sat on hold for seven minutes just listening to animated voices. I ordered my pizza online and had it delivered to my work and I asked the lady that delivered it where my shake peppers and... cheese were and she said in box. I was charged for them. They were not in there. I called the store and they said they werebusy and it would be a while before they could deliver them or they could give me a instore credit. I said never mind.
