Normally the food is great but today I ordered online for pickup I picked up my food and everything was warm except for the... fries and it took them like a solid minute of just staring at my girlfriend and I (they weren't doing anything) before theassisted us. And they were hesitant of giving us jalepenos and carrots I asked for multiple we only got one bag and asked formore green sauce and they gave us 2 red sauces. My girlfriend is pretty shy of confronting people so I didn't correct this andjust decided to take it as it was. Pretty disappointing but it is what it is. Read more
I wish I could do 2 1/2 stars. We've always gotten our Carne asada fries and Carne asada nachos from here and I must say their... quality has gone down hill over the years while their prices just keep going up. On my portion of the order (less than half) ihad multiple pieces of straight up fat in the meat that i had to spit out. This happens every time we get it. Thespeaker/microphone doesn't work the best. I ordered 2 Carne asada fries tonight and heard Carne asada fries when he read theorder back, but didn't realize till I got home to very hungry kids that they gave us Carnita fries (pork meat not beef, Shreddedinstead of chopped up). The receipt showed carnita fries so they had to have heard me wrong. I honestly don't know why we stillgive them our money. Read more
Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - (10) Steak Ranchero was a bit dry and bland. The meat chewy and over cooked, egg wasn't sunny side up... as requested but over cooked as well. There wasn't much flavor from the seasoning which is disappointing since there's so muchthat can be done to help this dish. Carne Asada Burrito was a bit dry and chewy so ask for some salsa on the side to help withthe burrito. Ambience: N/A - ordered food to go but the location was clean Service: 5/5 - slight language barrier but thecashier was really nice. What in the Lubbock, Texas?? Moved away from home 12 years ago, lived in many different states, and have never come across a... decent breakfast burrito that could come close to home. 10 out of 10.
