Stopped for lunch and ate in the dining area. Food was very good! Service not so much. Had to ask for our drinks 3 times... before she brought them. She acted like it was inconvenient to serve us. Wow. Just wow. Went through the drive through this evening and ordered 2 rolls. That’s it. Just 2 rolls. Was not busy inside.... Did not order a Vegas roll as one of my rolls but received one anyway. Waited close to an hour in the drive through for 2 rolls.2 ROLLS. They charged my card $30 and told me a different number, but my bank showed as $30 for 2 ROLLS. Did not even receiveone of the rolls I ordered and got one I DO NOT care for. They wouldn’t even answer the phone or talk to me. Just said,“have a nice day” and that’s it. I’m the photo it looks as though someone spit on the Vegas roll as well. WILL NEVER EATHERE AGAIN. there is a lot of better CHEAPER options when purchasing 2 ROLLS in Ogden. Don’t waste time sitting in a drivethrough or money. Wish they handed me the receipt I asked for but wouldn’t. Most likely because they over charged me. What aterrible place that used to be good. You’ll easily miss this place if you’re looking for a “hip and trendy” locale. It was my first time and I got their... chicken bento box for lunch. They handed me so much food I thought they had made a mistake. Their egg drop soup hit the spotwith this snowy weather. Their tempura box was diverse: broccoli, sweet potato, mushroom, shrimp, cheese wontons, onion,zucchini… and the sauce they pair with this was fire. It also included 4 California rolls, a big box of white rice andteriyaki chicken served over cooked cabbage. This was the first time trying this place..We had 2 lunch specials: asparagus roll, shrimp tempura roll and Alaskan roll. My... wife had the spicey tuna, Philadelphia roll and spicey scallop roll..We also got one hot and sour soup and salad all for under$25...It was fresh and delicious..Was not expecting the amount of sushi we got but we are not complaining..We totally recommendthis place and we will be coming back.. So delicious Japanese wasabi, is an excellent restaurant, it’s kind of like those hole in the wall place that you might think... twice about going to but once you’ve been there once you’ll be hooked for life. We live in Washington and you can’t getSushi this good for 4 rolls for under $65 and we paid 25-30 less than that for the same if not better quality. I highly highlyhighly recommend this restaurant. I have been to this location multiple times and they have messed up my order multiple times I’m not pleased with the Service... that has been provided. I’ve made calls over the phone to make orders which is difficult because they do not seem to have agood system when it comes to call in orders or DoorDash made orders on DoorDash which they have messed up as well and I havealso called in a drink which they messed up as well and gave me a totally different drink that I did not ask for this time inthis order we asked for the nigiri in this time we got a ton of salmon rolls and a roll that we did not want with a bunch ofstuff on it that we did not want I’m not pleased I’m not happy and the owner should be concerned with the service and shoulddefinitely look into it. Came here on July 15th. I usually go to the one in Roy, which is MUCH better. To wait 45 minutes for 3 sushi rolls is pretty... ridiculous. I understand that there is in only one roller, and I sympathize with only being able to do so much, but maybe youshould close your dining room and do only take out. Also, my vegetable tempura vegetables had a peel of an onion as one of therings. That wasn't pleasant. The rolls that I ordered didn't seem as clean and put together as the ones in Roy. I was verydisappointed with this location, and I'll drive out of my way to Roy if I feel like sushi. Read more
