The service is beyond slow always waiting 45 minutes or more, drive thru is always backed up, the sonic blast ice cream was more... like 75% melted even though it was made right then so the machine hadn't even frozen the ice cream yet. They need a crew who isgoing to do their jobs, management needs to train better, they need to have better quality made food. This place is goingdownhill fast. Read more

Wish there was another sonic closer to Ogden besides this one. Every single time I visit there is something wrong with my order,... doesn't matter if I order through the drive through or order at the drive up. This last time I left without getting my orderbecause it took 10-15 min before someone answered and took my order at the drive up stalls and I waited another ½ hour easy andstill did not get my order of a strawberry slush. There were 4 cars at the drive through and 3 cars at the drive up stalls (mineincluded). I absolutely hate this sonic. It is by far the worst experience each and every time I decide to give it another trywith the hopes of it being better. But they still don't seem to understand even the basic skill of completing an order as simpleas a drink. No customer service knowledge what so ever. I ordered online and it took them 40 min from the time I checked in tobring me the one thing I had ordered(large strawberry slush). There were 2 cars in the stalls and one in the drive through. Ihad to actually inquire about my order after the menu screen at the stall said it was on its way. I am done going to this sonicunless they make some serious changes to the way they treat customers as well as learn how to be efficient and improve theircustomer service skills. Read more

Friday 07/28 Came through the drive thru, best burgers ever. Melted, gooey cheese, juicy hot burger, best tots ever. Today... Saturday 07/30 came inside to the beautiful dinning room. Ordered the same thing except fries this time. The fried were old hardimpossible to eat. Look at the pics. Burger was cold, old cheese wasn't warm and more mustard. I can't imagine wanting to eatthis again. I really liked Sonic, so sad they dropped the ball. Consistency is key and this wasn't close ???? Read more

They were slow, and the customer service wasn't very good. There were old fries in the tater tots, as well as tater tots in the... cheese sticks. It also seemed like crew wasn't trained well, which is a management issue. It was very dirty, and the peoplemaking the food to serve were NOT wearing gloves, the soda machine was covered in dry sticky soda, and the floor had food on itand looked like it hadn't been mopped in a while. I wish I could give zero stars. This is the second day in a row and I had terrible service. Asked for a slush with nerds and the... nerds were on top. My wife’s ice cream all the topping were on top and the grilled cheese I had was with a hamburger bun. Andwaited for 30 to 40 minutes Read more

I think this will be the last visit to this location. When I pulled up to the window, an older nice female took my payment, then... walked away. Several minutes later a young man opens the window and asks if I had paid(he was polite). I tell him yes and whatI'm waiting on. He said he was going to check on my chicken wrap, then left. Another several minutes go by and I heard yellingin the kitchen between what looked like an employee and a manager, to which they basically told the employee that they didn'thave to be at work if they didn't want too. Then another employee shut the window so I couldn't hear the rest of the drama. Ithen waited several more minutes and finally see the older female from the beginning and the young man making drinks. Soon theyoung man came to the window and handed me an old bitter unsweetened tea(I had asked for sweet tea with light ice). He left andI waited again, for several more minutes. He finally came back and handed me the food. I'm pretty sure it was between 20-30minutes that I had to wait and a long line of cars was behind me that wrapped around the building. It's really unprofessionalfor managers to yell at their employees, no matter the situation, but it's very unprofessional for customers to have to hear it.The older female and the young man were not at fault, though I think one of them could have told me the wait was going to beawhile and to pull up to one of the spots to wait...that way other vehicles behind me could have at least gotten their food.They all waited as long as I did. Absolutely the slowest location I've ever been too. Went when it wasn't packed, ordered a med Slush and tots on the app and... waited in my car for 30 min before going inside to ask how much longer. No eta, the cashier just ran in the back and I waitedanother 10 minutes and still no response. Manager got fresh when I asked for an eta. She said that because of the upcomingweekend there would be a wait for food. I said I understood that, but that an hour wait for food that should only take 15minutes max is outrageous. I asked for a refund and was denied. She denied to give me her name (no name tag, but she had shortbleached curly hair, and was approx 5' 3") or the contact information for the GM or owner. Truly one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Pulled up to the drive through with one car at the first window we... asked for a minute before trying to order our drinks, just to be ignored for nearly 10 minutes. We finally pulled up to thewindow to see 2 employees hanging out the drive through window trying to pick up a visor and 3 others just standing back. Whenwe pulled up they continued to laugh and ignore us through the window. Someone finally came to the window and asked us if we hadordered. When they actually took our order, of just 2 drinks, we waited again for nearly 10 minutes. 3 cars that had pulled upbehind us all flew out of the parking lot in frustration. Normally this wouldn’t be such an issue however, to be fully ignoredfor 20 minutes is a little ludicrous. Do better. Read more
