Really poor customer service, I asked for a side of nacho cheese and they simply wouldn?t give it to me because they are busy... atm,. Was rushed today at the drive through to place my order. (Let is slide) First thing the older gentleman says when I pull to the... drive through window is the following: ?Where your frying pans not working at home? I love taco bell! This location is alright they always make my order exactly how I want it. Always give me plenty of sauce. My order was incorrect and I returned to get the items that were missed. The employees, especially Peter went well beyond and... turned a bad situation into a good one because of Peter?s efforts. He did such a great job along with the staff member takingorder in the drive thru but I didn?t catch his name. I would have rated 5 stars but as soon as the manager, Cassie, saw acustomer inside the lobby a few minutes after it closed, she then proceeded to reprimand him next to his coworkers until I toldher he was doing a great job and he turned a bad situation into a good one. I can?t imagine how staff members felt seeing acoworker berated but the staff were working as best they could with limited staff and addressing an employee in front of otherswas unprofessional, especially when the employees were fixing a mistake.
