Really poor customer service, I asked for a side of nacho cheese and they simply wouldn?t give it to me because they are busy... atm,. Was rushed today at the drive through to place my order. (Let is slide) First thing the older gentleman says when I pull to the... drive through window is the following: ?Where your frying pans not working at home? Couldn?t you have made a peanut buttersandwich?? (Brown hair, glasses- Older gentleman) not sure what his problem is today but we are your customers coming to you. I love taco bell! This location is alright they always make my order exactly how I want it. Always give me plenty of sauce. A... little too much ice in the drinks and taco bell is a little bit pricey but I can't complain its close and I always go here for abig meal when I want to feed the family. Read more
My order was incorrect and I returned to get the items that were missed. The employees, especially Peter went well beyond and... turned a bad situation into a good one because of Peter?s efforts. He did such a great job along with the staff member takingorder in the drive thru but I didn?t catch his name. I would have rated 5 stars but as soon as the manager, Cassie, saw acustomer inside the lobby a few minutes after it closed, she then proceeded to reprimand him next to his coworkers until I toldher he was doing a great job and he turned a bad situation into a good one. I can?t imagine how staff members felt seeing acoworker berated but the staff were working as best they could with limited staff and addressing an employee in front of otherswas unprofessional, especially when the employees were fixing a mistake. Broken Record: Check your order, even what?s inside each item. Got this (picture below) for .50 but then when we come through... asking to have it replaced we got attitude. This morning I got breakfast and in the meal they missed the hash browns, my wiferegularly asks for sour cream on her burritos or what have you, which is constantly forgotten. Each time we come through we aremissing at least 1 item on average. Why do we keep coming through, it?s the closest taco bell by a long shot. My wife and Ilove taco bell and we go there often, we tip the workers because we feel like they deserve higher wages. And we are regulars,because we love Baja blast and flavors are always great. I work very near this Taco Bell, and given that Taco Bell is probably my favorite fast food restaurant I frequent this location... quite often since there aren't any others close. I constantly have issues with this location. Taco shells are almost alwaysbroken or soggy immediately after receiving food and they very often either forget to put an item in my bag or give me incorrectfood. They have also recently started getting very stingy with their hot sauce, I like to use minimum of 2 packets per item,lately they have been giving me 1 packet or less per item. Read more
