Absolutely awful service! I dunno why I keep trying to give it another try. For as much money as you take from me for items I... never received, I should eat for free for the next year! How hard is it to give people items they pay for? Oh and the best part,trying to contact customer service is a joke! Get it together. I really shouldn?t have to sit at the counter, or drive thruchecking my order, while people are waiting behind me, but I guess that?s what?s going to have to happen. When I order for theoffice and I?m taking 10 minutes to empty my bags to check all my items, it?s really going to inconvenience the customers alsowaiting for their orders that have items missing. Wouldn?t honor the promotion that was advertised online. Out of Baja blast the 2nd time in a row visiting there (thought that... was supposed to be a Taco Bell staple) On top of that my order was completely wrong. Maybe they gave me the wrong bag??? Guess Ishould have opened up every individually wrapped item to double check the employees did their job. I understand this is a fastfood place with fast food service but with that in mind I would save yourself the hassle and go to the location on Harrison Blvacross from Smiths. Read more
At time of visit most of the staff are new hires and fairly untrained, food prep was timely although the order had a mistake,... the manager is excellent though and she cleared it up and made the order herself, I have had a few interactions with the managerhere, she is good at her job and the only reason this particular taco bell did not get a worse review, experience may varydepending on staff working but usually if you visit on a weekday it will be better than weekend. The Mexican pizza combo is the only thing I want from there. For some reason they all run out at the same time. I understand the... need for higher prices, but I can't justify spending that kind of money for one fast food meal to settle for something I don'treally want. If I've gotta make my own at home, then there is simply no reason for me to visit. I'm fairly certain these canmade or at least prepped in house for peak dining times. Read more
33 minutes to get a delivery order though the drive thru window just because they don't want to go outside to give us the... order.. after the 33 minutes wait the food was cold and ready to be delivered. What a fast food service Read more

I honestly love Taco Bell...always have. However, my last couple of visits to 12th and Washington have been disappointing. There... really just seems to be a lack of management and/or proper training. My last visit was the worst. I'd forgotten lunch for work,so I stopped in on my way to work first thing in the morning. There was one employee in the front but it took him severalminutes to notice me standing there because he was busy on his phone. He took my order and another employee gave me my food.Another disappointment about this visit was hours later, during my lunch, I opened my bag. I had ordered a slide of beans andside of rice to go with my burrito. The band and burrito were perfect, but there was a TINY PINCH OF RICE just thrown into aside bowl. ????????
