Ambiance was calming and the facility was a little echoee. Crosstalk from other customer plus the background music made it sound... like we were out in the streets. Our server was subpar. Close to inattentive to detail. Missed refilling our drinks and some ofour dessert was late until we reminded them. We should've gotten two servers but we were only provided with one. As for thefood, Red salsa for chips is fine. Green sauce for chips is preferred with it's lime/cilantro taste. Habanero salsa is mild soI'd prefer to have this labeled as Poblano Salsa instead. Phenomenal food and atmosphere. Ashley B at the bar created the perfect Paloma and gently persuading me to get a dessert to go.... Can’t go wrong with the Coconut Flan, btw. A happy belly and warm company are always a great way to end a busy work day. Read more
Sonora Grill just came out with a new salad menu. It did not disappoint, the dressing was a little spicy for me but I got a side... of sour cream and mixed it together and it was bomb. I choose the pork for my taco salad and it was delicious. I will be tryingthe other salad options soon. Read more
Touring friends; avoid this place like the plague. Copy paste from of my Yelp review from my visit in early March 2022: Went... here for a "good meal" while on tour and spent $160 for the worst food poisoning of my life. DO NOT EAT HERE. Had to go tourgent care for fluids and anti nausea medicine and have a mobile drip nurse come to the hotel we were staying at. Had to bookanother night at the hotel cuz i was too sick to move. Ruined our travel logistics and plans. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This $20 plateof food cost me an additional $500 in reparations. Also the margarita was garbage. The food was very good, but I really wanted steak fajitas but settled for the chicken! I was also disappointed that it did not... come with rice, that was extra, wished I knew beforehand. The service was very friendly as well. Read more
Delicious from start to finish. The portions were larger than I expected too. Friendly service and very clean. I was happy to... see the conpostable straws as well. The only thing that I can complain about it that the bloody Maria my wife ordered seemedvery lacking on the tequila. I know this is utah and they can only use 1 measured ounce but it tasted like zero ounces wereused. Other than that, we were very pleased and we'd be happy to return again. Read more
The second best pozole next to my mom’s. Very impressive dishes BUT the beans and rice were terrible. This is why a 4 star... rating.
