the store was so hot, and the ice cream was all melted, i?ve gone in there before and they have had air conditioners, i don?t... know why an ice cream shop would turn off their air conditioners on a 90 degree day, i could tell their employees were miserable Read more

Having a difficult time finding vegan food while in Ogonquit for the weekend, I was so excited when I saw a sign outside that... said "vegan soft serve" I went inside and saw on the side wall all the vegan soft serve flavors listed as well as two specialvegan sundaes. So excited! When I ordered one of the vegan sundaes I was told "oh I'm so sorry but we don't have ANY of thevegan soft serve or sundaes yet." As usual vegans are an afterthought. A place that has it advertised inside/outside doesn'tcarry it. When asked when the vegan soft serve would be available, I was told maybe next week. I will be back home in NY. Iwill be back in this area but I refuse to go back to this establishment as vegans are just an afterthought to them. Read more

This place advertises vegan ice cream options, yet every time this summer and even last weekend, they NEVER have vegan ice... cream. They have a beautiful menu of tasty sounding vegan options and a sign outside saying they have vegan options - yet afterstanding in a long line each time I?m told - sorry we don?t have any. What a complete let down for those of us who have foodallergies and come to the business because of their false advertising. Not a worthy business. Read more

I had gotten one of the special flavors that had espresso, and i really enjoyed it. Me and my group of 4 had gotten 3 small... cones and could barely finish because of how big of a scoop they gave. One of the better ice cream places i?ve been to. Read more

Saturday night, warm beautiful evening, streets are filled with people and this place turns customers away after they have... entered the store and won?t take anymore customers. That?s OK, Rococo?s and Ben and Jerry?s welcomed customers. Doesn?t makesense to me. Read more

We visited this past weekend and found the ice cream to be great including the vegan options. We went at night and it was busy... but not a long wait. The staff moved the line through quickly. My daughter loves the cotton candy ice cream. As someone who cannot eat dairy I was very happy to try the vegan ice cream. I got a twist of chocolate and vanilla with vegan hot fudge sauce. Itwas so good I didn't even miss non vegan icecream. Seating was very comfortable. Overall I found this shop to be a cute stop inwith great options for the whole family. Definitely worth a stop in. As a vegan local I wanted so badly to like this ice cream but it's just bad. We got vegan soft serve (3 varieties) with all the... the toppings (most of which were NOT vegan). There were a couple fruit options for toppings and the rest had dairy.. The softserve itself was just bad. Watered down. Really not good. My son's was inedible in my opinion. The three soft serves cost us$25. They ran out of cash in their drawer and gave us 5 bucks in coins back. The music skipped the whole time. Basically it'sdisorganized, overpriced and really just not good. Next time we will be going to get the dairy free options across the st at benand Jerry's! Read more

Good ice cream. I like that it's made in Maine. A lot of the other ice cream in downtown Ogunquit isn't. A good variety of... flavors. Plus several vegan soft serve flavors with a toppings bar. Busy at night but the servers keep it moving quickly. Theonly downside is that some of the ice cream is on the soft side when it's scooped. Probably from the doors being open duringbusy service. When I was there at a less busy time the ice cream was a great texture. I talked to the cashier, this place isnew management and is no way affiliated with the previous ice cream shop called Abbott's, they even source different ice cream. They're typically open until 11 pm in the summer. Read more
