Did takeout on Friday October 28th. My husbsnd got the Ogunquit Burger with pickle fries and I got the The Animal burger with... avacado fries. The burgers were huge and the portions of fries were decent. On our way heading home from the weekend westopped by again for lunch meet the owner Christopher very pleasant and nice. We ordered burgers again this time I had theMushroom lovers burger with avacado fries of course and my hubby had the Med Lover burger of course with pickle fries. Nexttime when we are up we will have to try their pizza as we were leaving Christopher was cooking pizza and it smelt delicious. The Napoli's is one of our new favorite places in Ogunquit. Read more

Staff were very nice. Business looked slow for a Saturday. Pizza was okay, we have had much better being New Yorkers. ... Shocker was the bill. 11.00 dollars for draft beer. At a no frills pizza place. We live in Ogunquit and sadly won?t beback. 4 beers add up to 44 bucks. Read more

This was our first visit. My husband and I decided on takeout. The hostess/ cashier was very friendly. I was surprised that... spaghetti and meatballs was not on the menu so I asked and was told they could do that. Again spaghetti and meatballs NOT on themenu? Especially since they advertise homemade meatballs. I asked about bread being included with the meal and was told nobread. What???? I?m wondering where am I that bread is not included with a pasta dish. And for the price bread should accompanythe meal. After we get back with the food I see that the meatballs have been cut into chunks on top of the linguine pasta. Ididn?t care for the meatballs and wasn?t expecting linguine. I would prefer regular spaghetti. Can we not get straight upspaghetti and meatballs? Honestly I?m originally from New York but live in Texas and even all of our Italian restaurants servecrusty bread. And please don?t cut the meatballs! Read more

This restaurant is the definition of a hidden gem. Our group chose to come here since it was close to the beach entrance, but we... never expected the exception service and great food that was provided. The server was very accommodating for our large group of10 and even moved some tables for us so we could all sit together. The pizzas were freshly made and had a nice crispiness to itbecause of the oven. Also, the pastas we ordered were very flavorful and those who ordered them finished them completely.Overall, the experience was much better than we had imagined and we would recommend it to anyone. We come here every summer while vacationing. We were surprised to see new owners! They greeted us, sat us quickly, and chatted... with us. They are very friendly and upbeat . They continued with the gluten-free menu that was in place with the old owners. Iwas very pleased to see that since they have excellent Gluten-free food. I had a gluten-free cheese pizza that was excellent andmy 100% Italian husband ordered the lasagna. He stated it was good, but they needed to cook the pasta more since he found ithard. We definitely will go again and found the atmosphere pleasant. Read more

I will start by saying that I understand the staffing challenges and restrictions associated with COVID-19. That being said, I... don't believe any of that had an impact on our dining experience at The Napoli's. As residents of Wells, we heard about thechange in ownership/management, and re-opening of The Napoli's through local Facebook pages. Having not been prior to theclosing, living less than ten minutes away, and being big fans of pizza, my wife and I decided to give it a shot. Uponentering, we were greeted and seated immediately. I was a bit surprised at how small it was inside, but there is bar seating, outside dining on a deck, and perhaps more seating upstairs? The main dining area is a bit small and the tables seem a biton-top of each other. We were there early and the only ones sitting inside so it didn't bother us much, but I couldn't imagineit during the peak of summer tourist season. I could almost use the table-for-two to my left as an arm rest. There was no musicplaying when we arrived, but about 10 minutes into our visit, the TV started playing a YouTube playlist of Country Music. "TheTop 100 Romantic Country Songs of All Time" isn't exactly what I expected to listen to at an Italian restaurant... Our serverBrittany was great. Attentive and helpful, answered all of our questions with ease. Unfortunately she also had to deliver a lotbad news that seemed to stem from the restaurant opening before it was quite ready for business. The menus were just spiralbound pieces of laminated paper as the actual menus hadn't come in yet. The "Drinks and Specials" board hadn't been updatedsince the restaurant's original closing, so the advertised (pictured) half-off appetizers during Happy Hour (4-6) turned out tobe false and was not honored. We were informed they were out of fresh mozzarella (a pretty key ingredient in an "ItalianKitchen" as the name of the restaurant states). It just seemed in a lot of ways that they opened before they were ready. W Read more
