Pulled into the drive through, was about eight or nine cars ahead of me. The cars kept moving up because they were getting ... great service. Very minimal wait considering the size of the line. Just purchased this Friday Morning Coffee Latte but they handed me over plain Coffee with little milk. The lady who took my... order inside was rude and in extreme hurry though only one person was waiting in a row. Probably she did not know what wasCoffee Latte. management here is absolutely awful. they let their employees swear in front of customers, one of the young girls needs to be... the loudest one in the room. she?s a horrible employee, and they need to get rid of her. the only component worker is the reallyyoung baker with long hair. he helped out when the other staff were sitting and talking with each other. if i could givenegative stars, i would. this place needs a whole new team, including new managers.
