I order from this Pizza place 4 times a week or more so when i got a pizza that was either spoiled or freezer burnt i was like... "ok mistakes happen". When i called to ask for a refund for the nasty pizza the manager was rude and only offered a 4 dollarrefund. If I could give zero stars I would. Driver took 2 hrs to get our food. After several calls to the business they had no clue... where he was or where the food was. He showed with only half the order it was cold. Food was sent back with driver and refundrequested. Probably won?t get it. Read more
NEVER AGAIN! Last night around 9:30 I ordered 2 12inch subs & App Sampler. Pretty simple, grilled chicken with lettuce tomato... onion & Extra Mayo easy right? NOT FOR FOUR STAR OIL CITY! My husbands sub didn?t even have mayo ON IT! It was all over thealuminum foil, I mean like just slapped on! Plus the deep fried appetizers were SO SOGGY! I called today for them to make itright & the gentleman told me because I didn?t call last night, even tho it was closed by time we got our food & went to eat it,there was ?nothing he can do?
