Was missing two drinks and fries were all hard and over cooked. Manager was unwilling to make it right and hung up on me.... Unprofessional ! The management is terrible and needs to be better trained or demoted. Have lived several places and been toseveral McDonald's and this one is by far one of the worst. The breakfast at McDonald's was very good we go the mcgriddle my favorite and my boyfriend's favorite! We dined in & it was... clean & not crowded at 9:45 am. The breakfast was very good! Definitely wish they had breakfast all day! We like this McDonald'svery much it's one of of go to's for breakfast if we make it in time. Contrary to many reviews I?ve read, the Drive Thru service seems to be the fastest of the other McDonald?s in Franklin or... Seneca, even with quite a long line. The remodel this McDonald?s underwent a few years ago really did a lot for it as far asatmosphere goes. It have both the inside and out the modernized look that most older McDonalds are lacking. The staff is politeand only on one occurrence have I experienced a less than desirable interaction with a Drive Thru worker. This restaurant goesabove and beyond other ones like it at the local level, as far as atmosphere, food prep, and service. Read more
Again, like so many times before the order was wrong. No bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. Pickles on daughters burger when we... said no pickles. Neither kid got their apple slices. For the price we could have went to a restaurant. We tried calling but itwas to noisy for them to hear us. That or they didn't want to hear us complain. Who knows. Read more
