Craved some Mexican food whilst in Ojai so we googled for a Mexican restaurant, found this place and came here at 11:00 am just... as they opened. They served nachos with salsa the moment you sat down ( for free ) which was a plus for me in that moment,costumer service was amazing, food was amazing and the place was very cute. When we arrived, patio was not that busy and only one server Samantha, friendly and brought us everything we asked for after... asking 2 times for each item. I ordered 2 tacos without onions. Both arrived WITH onions and no tomatoes, asked to have themremade correctly. Menu stated carnitas tacos were $5, but I was charged $5.25; had bill corrected. Usually everything iscorrect. Read more

Their Pixie margaritas are yummy!! Be careful though. It's easy to toss them back quickly. I love ordering the Tacos Durados... with shredded beef. However, I have eaten here a lot and it's always good. Sitting outside is a really nice experience. Thestaff is always kind and on top of everything. I love going here. Read more

My daughter and I had a late lunch. The service was great and the food was delicious. She had the Chili relleno plate and I ... had the Latin Shrimp plate. First time for me to have a curry tasting dish. Loved it! It was pretty busy, but they were on topof their game. Decor was typical Spanish but comfortable. Read more

The small town Ojai closed pretty early. We stumble on this Mexican restaurant. Thy are running business late . Large patio with... sunbathe . Staff are pretty friendly and the plate size is quite big . Ambience is pretty chill if you are looking for the getaway . Read more

I absolutely loved Agave Maria's. The food had fantastic flavor and we had good service. I recommend the Pixie margarita as... well. The enchilada was was some of the best I've had and the Chile relleno was done perfectly. I think prices fair and I woulddefinitely recommend this place.
