Great spot for a quick and tasty meal. Was a little confused by the entrance because it shares space with the brewery. Very... surprised by how flavorful the food tasted. Highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich. Read more

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich but didn't eat it. Probably would have been good but unfortunately it was soggy and covered... in a fish sauce that completely overwhelmed the chicken. had a couple bites and left the rest. Would have been nice to havesomeone check back on the meal, but after dropping off the food they never came back to enquire about the experience. Read more

I will start by saying that I wish I could this little Ojai gem more than 5stars. I tried out Little Sama today for the first... time and will definitely be going back for the Jasmine rice bowl with lemon grass beef. The food came out quick and the servicewas amazing! They clearly have a great team in that kitchen. Compliments to the chef. Read more

Was so excited to eat here. Had Korean spicy cauliflower, crispy but so much sweet caramel sauce and bland. Tasted like crispy... caramel fried icecream . Got a side of Sriracha sauce just to flavor it. Ordered chicken tostadas. Boring bland no flavorsmall tostadas with a bunch of thick sliced pieces of purple cabbage. Totally way too expensive for what you got and what yougot was bland boiled chicken, no sauce or garnish except cabbage and 2 slices if radish, a tiny tiny thin slice of lime and 2soft tortillas. Shocking ! Chicken wings were fried so crispy they were overcooked, rock hard with the sweetest sugary saucepoured all over and all i could taste was caramelized sugar and hard to bite into overcooked chicken. Needed Sriracha as well. Not edible. Super disappointed & ridiculously expensive for what was served. Read more

The food was pricey but okay. You order drinks separately from Topa Topa (great beer!) and then wander over to the Sama window... to order your food and get it delivered to your table. I had finished a couple of tasters of beer by the time the food arrived. The person who took my order was friendly enough, though it felt more like a fast food transaction than a pricey "Asian fusion"order. The pulled pork sandwich was okay, nothing special, though they dressed it up to act fancy. I would have preferred moremeat and less bread. ** This is only for the food side, The beer and brewery is reviewed under Topa Topa's own listing. Read more

This was such a spectacular place to eat! I had the Wagyu Cheese Burger. This this was so well put together. The burger was... juicy and has so much umami. The toppings had a slight sweetness from the caramelized onions that helped balance out therichness of the patty. We had several other dishes that were just as yummy like the Okonomiyaki Tater Tots and Crispy BrusselSprouts. The house sauces that they use for each dish really sets them apart from every other Asian Fusion restaurant. You won'tgo wrong selecting any dish. But, I was thoroughly blown away with the cheese burger and would 100% recommend! The experiencewas wonderful and the staff were very accommodating. Steven Du is the chef and he worked his magic with every dish. As long ashe is at the helm in the Little Sama's kitchen, I know I'm going to get the best tasting food. Read more

Love this place! We always order the signature wings. They?re seriously the best we?ve ever had. Similar to the wings at Night +... Market in LA, but better!! Perfectly fried and coated in the most flavorful, slightly spicy and tangy sauce. On our way to ordermore right now! Read more
